We have been here about 4 times since they have opened. Each time we haven't had to wait too long for a table and the food has been decent, there have been a few food items we haven't cared for but more has been pretty good. where they fall short is their turn around time for empty, dirty tables. each time we have been, some dirty tables sit for 10-30 minutes before being cleaned, even when there is a line of people waiting to be sat. while I understand being understaffed (I have worked in very busy restaurants as well. no lie, today, I watched 6 servers pass by a large, empty table full of dirty plates no less than 20 times in 30 minutes with not one employee picking up a single dish while having empty hands). I could not stand to keep watching it, I myself bussed the table, stacking plates and putting trash in a pile because I was embarrassed for the restaurant. I think teamwork needs to worked on, doesn't matter whose table or section it is, if hands are empty, grab something. hopefully this is just taken as constructive criticism as we do love the venue.

This place is way too loud to be a tap room. The management doesn’t have any control over the atmosphere. Really drunk screaming customers, and music way too loud to even have a conversation.

We have been here a few times and really like it. The nachos and blackened fish sandwich are delicious.......
But yall have GOT to get your service for the outdoor area more efficient. Waiting in line for almost 15 minutes for a beer is quite a long time. Maybe it was an off night. Also walking all the way to the far end of the bar to order seems backwards.....why not have the outdoor people order right near the side of the bar closest to the outside? I think the outdoor area is awesome and we will definitely still come here but PLEASE streamline your service for outdoors.

Food and service were on-point.
Brandy, our server, was perfect in everything from food and beer recommendations to delivery and all around professionalism.
The atmosphere is really nice and I can’t wait till the weather turns warm. The outdoors is nice with fire pits but spring-fall will be even better!
Will definitely return!

Finally got to check out the new location in Suffolk and it was very nice. The food was good. We ate inside because it was so cold outside. They have a very nice looking outside seating area with firepits. I can't wait to go back and enjoy the outside seating. The food was delicious. We had the fish and chips as well as the hot chicken sandwich and enjoyed both. The service was great...not only did our server check on us but a couple other employees as well. They also have very good beer! We would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at their Renaissance Market event. Some of us even dressed up for the occasion.

Little pricey, but good stuff. I think we went on national kids night or something, because there were 3,000 toddlers running all over the place. They could use more wait staff. Time between visits to table was 15-18 minutes. Will go again, to see what it's about.

Really good food if you're willing to pay. Not a cheap restaurant... But good and worth it.

Had a couple of beers and some pub grub for dinner. Service was really great, and food was really excellent! There was a music inspired bingo game going on, however. Really loud… Most everyone that was there was playing the game and we’re having a great time.

The Pretzel stole the show. It was so good while I waited for The Smokehouse Burger. The patties are thin which I loved, the onion rings and bacon made this burger so good and hearty. The Beer Battered Fish & Chips was a 9 because the fish needed seasoning to make it great. Overall a great date night and already planning to go back once the weather gets warmer to eat on the roof top.
