Our server was great, but the hostess needs to be fired or trained to actually greet people properly and acknowledge their business on the way out. She just sat there staring at her phone like a moron. I’m not a fan of the plastic cups for drinks either. Last time I was here, they said the dishwasher was broken. What’s the excuse this time? I think I’ll continue to go to Sojourn where service and glassware are consistent along with great food.

We like to stop and try new breweries when we travel, and today, we stopped at New Realm Brewing in Sufolk. VA. I generally expect to find good brews when I stop at places like this, but I never have high expectations for the food. All I can say now is wow! I had a blackened fish sandwich to pair with my pilsner, and I was pleasantly surprised to be served a sandwich that would rival any fish sandwich at any sea food shop! New Realm Suffolk is a top tier brewery. With three separate bars (during summer months) there are plenty of places to order to avoid lines. Their beers are good - admittedly I just stick to the lighter ones - as well as their mixed drinks. Their non-alcoholic cocktails are great but overpriced.

Food is delicious. Everything from the high quality pizza to the sandwiches are outstanding. Have tried most things on their menu and never have been the least bit unsatisfied.
