I come here often but today was different. I had a longer wait than usual but staff member Lorenzo made it bearable. Not only did he check in and provide status updates regarding my order, he was hospitable and very kind. Excellent service!

They're fine I guess. It depends on the flavor you get. Sometimes we devour one, sometimes a fifty dollar cake sits until it's ready to be tossed.

The Biscoff flavor cake was only available for a limited time and this store was sold out for 4 days. Why wouldn't they order enough to have in stock for the entire time. It was a short period so this is unacceptable. When a limited flavor comes out this one is always sold out. The same thing happened with the strawberry cheesecake. I wish there was a closer location to Suffolk as I would never visit this one.

I am extremely upset with this location. I went in to order the Biscoff cake and was told it would be 5 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and notice a customer that came in after me and order the same thing received her order before I did. So I addressed the cashier as to why my order was not ready, however a customer after me receive the same order. She replied the said it would be ready in 20 minutes. At this point I’m livid because I already waited 20 minutes and now I have to wait an additional 20 minutes. Ask for a refund and was told I have to wait for a manager to come in and process it. I will never visit this location again. Highly unacceptable

Overall experience was awesome as always. Tried the snickers cake; could’ve used a bit more Snickers. I felt the flavor was a joy subdued. I was wondering if the company will come up with a maple/ bacon flavor or plum pudding; rum raisin; or bourbon eggnog flavors for the holidays.I love all your flavors!
