I highly encourage everyone to stop eating here so that way the management/ownership that makes the real money off the store can lose money this way they will hire people that are actually going to do their job and get orders right and not leave stuff out I’ve had Back to back situations just recently, including today where stuff is left out of my order I should not have to micromanage. I don’t work here my stuff supposed to Isn’t that what the management is here for not to be chitchatting or whatever they may be doing?

I had the new mozzarella sandwich and it was delicious. I also had the Mediterranean salad. Also delicious. I got uncomfortable when an employee was sweeping around me and under my table. I felt like dust was being generated and landing on my food. Ugh.

The first time I’ve ever been to a Panera and was greeted with not 1 but 2 homeless men just lounging in the seats. Management just shook it off. One of the dudes with a dirty ZZ Top beard looked like he hasn’t showered in 3 years. I most likely will never go to any other Panera ever again. First impressions speak for themselves.

Went today for the new $8.98 choose two special. The food was pretty good but the total came to almost $30. How is that possible with two lunch specials for $8.98? Food is pretty good but WAY too expensive

Drive through is horrible i got placed on hold for a mobile order by a younger African American female for at least 15 minutes and i came Into the drive through at 4:05 it’s currently 4:28 this is ridiculous

My coworkers and I placed mobile orders for lunch. I came through the drive thru and picked up everyone's orders by name. They handed me the bags through the window. When I got back to the office, we had someone else's food. Not one thing of what we ordered. I called the restaurant and they said I could come back or be refunded. I requested delivery since now my entire lunch break was over and they told me no, only refund or come back and get it. Very disappointed, especially since it wasn't even busy when I came through. None of us are the food we got, it all went to the trash. Very disappointed.

We got to the drive thru just before closing. They server was polite, friendly and courteous! The food was hot. We sat in the parking lot and enjoyed a lovely late dinner. If you find yourself in Suffolk and Panera is open, please stop by!
