The first time I’ve ever been to a Panera and was greeted with not 1 but 2 homeless men just lounging in the seats. Management just shook it off. One of the dudes with a dirty ZZ Top beard looked like he hasn’t showered in 3 years. I most likely will never go to any other Panera ever again. First impressions speak for themselves.

Went today for the new $8.98 choose two special. The food was pretty good but the total came to almost $30. How is that possible with two lunch specials for $8.98? Food is pretty good but WAY too expensive

Drive through is horrible i got placed on hold for a mobile order by a younger African American female for at least 15 minutes and i came Into the drive through at 4:05 it’s currently 4:28 this is ridiculous

My coworkers and I placed mobile orders for lunch. I came through the drive thru and picked up everyone's orders by name. They handed me the bags through the window. When I got back to the office, we had someone else's food. Not one thing of what we ordered. I called the restaurant and they said I could come back or be refunded. I requested delivery since now my entire lunch break was over and they told me no, only refund or come back and get it. Very disappointed, especially since it wasn't even busy when I came through. None of us are the food we got, it all went to the trash. Very disappointed.

We got to the drive thru just before closing. They server was polite, friendly and courteous! The food was hot. We sat in the parking lot and enjoyed a lovely late dinner. If you find yourself in Suffolk and Panera is open, please stop by!
There was 1 person in front of me at the drive through and it took 8 minutes to get 1 bowl of soup...seems quite a long time for a bowl of soup to be scooped.

We just drove by to have a quick snack and we're fully impressed. The bread is fresh, crispy, tasty and of high quality. All meals are perfectly credenced and from excellent quality and taste. The chai latte was honestly the best I've ever had after 15 years of roaming from Europe til Asia. Didn't expect that high quality in an area like this. Prices are slightly higher but with the first bite you know why.
