Ordered two salads, a half sandwich and Mac and cheese. Both salads were missing the chicken and the salad had so much dressing on it it was not edible. Very disappointing and a huge waste of money.

Hard to imagine that something as simple as a cinnamon bagel would be out of stock so early in the morning(an hour after they open). Customer service was good, however.

I ordered a bakers dozen of bagels sliced. Bagels not sliced well and were just thrown in a big paper bag. Also got some cream cheese which was just thrown in the bag as well. Usually the bagels are put in a clear baggie and the cream cheese is put in a little paper bag. Not today!! They also seemed to be a little over done.

What’s the point of having a drive thru when you wait until the person at the window has received their food and left before taking the next order? Wasted my whole lunch break waiting for my order to be taken. No wonder I never come here.

This is a well managed Panera. Cleanest Panera restrooms I've seen in at least 10 years. Fast service. Friendly. Stopped on way to beach. Will come again

Yall really need to update your options for the salads. Who wants ICE COLD chicken? Not me. If I wanted that I would go to the grocery store, not pay 13$ for a salad and then when I request my chicken be hot I’m told they can’t do that. What a JOKE. So now I have to sit here and pick out the ice cold chicken from my salad so that I can eat something today. Thanks for making me waste my money (and time for that matter) on protein I have to pick out of my food because your restaurant refuses to be helpful to customers with food sensitivities.
My favorite sandwich was gone, the pepperoni hot sandwich So I ordered phylli steak, that was a disappointment. There is not enough meat in the sandwich.
9/8/2025 So new order today I requested baguette for lunch, I got a bag of chip!! Where are my 3 treats because of the error that was made on my order. There seems as there wasn't anyone to run the register, same person from front to back . That isn't a great customer experience at all.

Placed a pickup order in store. The food was great, the establishment though, kinda dirty. You can see into the prep kitchen area and the floors were not very clean, and there was debris, trash on the floor.

I highly encourage everyone to stop eating here so that way the management/ownership that makes the real money off the store can lose money this way they will hire people that are actually going to do their job and get orders right and not leave stuff out I’ve had Back to back situations just recently, including today where stuff is left out of my order I should not have to micromanage. I don’t work here my stuff supposed to Isn’t that what the management is here for not to be chitchatting or whatever they may be doing?
