Something is amiss if you don't have the bagel, that is your new menu feature. No, you were not busy at 9 am. Maybe the stats are true and Panera is not popular anymore. The employees are super nice and the restaurant was clean.

The food was great…however; they charged full
Price on a Bacon Lettuce Tomato Avocado (BLTA) sandwich…..but they didn’t have any Avocado. Doesn’t it make sense to cut the price on a major missing ingredient?

Good but tired of being promoted for tips everywhere you go. I got a sandwich to go. What's the tip for?...

First time at Panera (University Blvd) last Thursday, and I’m hooked! I had the Bacon Turkey Bravo and Asian Sesame Salad—fresh, flavorful, and perfect. But the real star was Christian at the register—funny, courteous, super knowledgeable, and cute as a button. As someone new to the area, this visit made me feel instantly welcome. I’ll definitely be back!

This has got to be one of the slowest Paneras in the area. Drive thru takes entirely too long. Food is hit or miss, mainly miss. I asked for arugula to be added to my sandwich. They added two, shriveled up pieces. Gee, thanks. Eating out nowadays costs a lot more money than before, do it's not a wild expectation to want a nice, decent looking and tasting meal, not some crap thrown together and handed off. Writing this review to remind myself to not come here again.
Great place to come if you want the same chicken on every sandwich and bacon bits instead of real bacon all on a soggy bun

Today in Leighton’s Land… Panera Bread wasn’t just a café—it was a cozy little oasis in the city’s hustle. The smell of fresh-baked bread and that first sip of rich, creamy hot chocolate? Pure magic. Leighton swears it’s the best, like drinking happiness in a cup. But today, he made a shocking discovery—Panera’s hot chocolate is better than Starbucks. His face says it all. Maybe it’s the marshmallows. Maybe it’s a secret recipe. Or maybe… it’s just that good. Either way, Leighton’s mind is blown.

Got the ciabatta cheese steak. It was so sweet it was inedible. It had more sugar in it than their cookies.

Need to hire for peak hours min-Friday. 15 minutes too long!

I’m done with Panera Bread. $30 for a mediocre sandwich, a bowl of soup and 2 drinks is ridiculous.
