Very friendly and kind staff. I’ve been to many different Panera Bread locations, but the food here tastes the best and the customer service is excellent. I stop by every morning, and they always greet me with big smiles it really makes my day start off great.
Food is good but you don't get what you pay for. Portions are small for the price.

In a minimally full building it took 30 minutes for two duet meals and a cappuccino. The two older blondes talked to each other loud enough about their lives to hear through noise cancelling head phones and the whole dining area. My first and last visit.
Every time we go through the drive thru, it is an eternity. I expect it to not be fast food pace, but it's excessive. This morning there was one car in front of me. They obviously placed a large order at the window, not ahead in the app. Cool. They didn't pull them forward, so my app order was ready for over 15 minutes... and then they added something at the window (receipt pointing, cash exchanged) and STILL did not pull the forward to get the orders behind them. When I got to the window 18 minutes later, they handed me a dripping cup of coffee. Visibly, obviously leaking. I was too aggravated and trying not to be a perk so I just took it and asked for extra napkins. My food is barely warm, there is coffee dripped across my lap and console, and I'm over it. I have patience for days but there was no logical reason to stack cars in the drive thru for one large order that added on at the window and then hand out cooled, dripping food. Ugh.

We ordered several coffee and hot cocoa totes for a birthday party and were blown away by the amazing customer service. The manager called in the morning to make clarifications on the order and was super accommodating on pick up. They provided everything we needed and more. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

Nice and pleasant staff! The tables and floor needed some attention as far as cleanliness, especially for a Saturday when it’s going to be busy. My food wasn’t at hot 🔥 as I like it, so it must’ve been sitting for a while in the kitchen before they called me to get my done in order.
