I really dislike giving negative reviews but when I ordered 2 medium pizzas unfortunately it was not hot, not cooked enough and left me very disappointed.

Terrible place. Took our whole order $50 for 2 pizzas. Called us back AFTER charging my card to say they won't deliver to my (dangerous) are after dark. Lol I live on a nice street, everyone has kids etc. They flat out refused and lost a customer for life. Screw this foul little place

I had a carryout order today and was quite pleased from start to finish. It said it would be ready in 15 min but when I got there 7 min later it was ready. I was shocked as it was a Sarurday at 6pm! They seemed well staffed - one lady was on the phone so a gentleman walked up to help me. He even went above and beyond and helped me by carrying the pizza to my car as I had my baby. Pizza was delicious- made correctly & they included my extra garlic sauce. I've ordered a handful of times without any issues but wanted to leave a review after the gentleman helped me out (I feel so bad for not getting his name)!

Beyond terrible service. I ordered my pizza on Wednesday night and it took an hour and a half to bring it to us and when it got here it was warm not even hot and they forgot my 2 liter soda. When I called to have them bring it to me they didn't seem to care just said all right and hung up so I don't even know if it will show up.

We regularly order pizza from this store. Tonight we ordered 3 pizzas. One of them was extremely undercooked and doughy. We called to have it exchanged and they delivered a new one. The new one delivered had mushrooms that had either spoiled or touched some serious chemicals bc half of them were ok and half of them were not only sour but I could not wash the taste out of my mouth with anything. We returned both WHOLE pizzas and asked for a refund or credit for a future order. We were told that the GM there placed a restriction on our account and the only option we had was to come pick up the pizza we had returned.The last and only other time we had an issue there was when someone took our order incorrectly and I mentioned it wasnt the pizza we had ordered. The manager told me I had to pay for a whole new pizza. I said that I didn't mind paying an upcharge of the price between the two pizzas if there was one(Which there wasn't our pizza was more basic and less toppings) but buying a whole new pizza was not an acceptable option to me( for a mistake made within the company). She got ugly with me and I left paying for a pizza we didn't order and with no resolve. I'm not one for conflict but I am one for integrity. To hear that our account was flagged after having to pay for and eat what we didn't order the first time, and then to have the food delivered with issues twice in one night only to be met with no resolve again is discouraging. We've had plenty of good pizza in between these issues. Most of the staff we've spoken to has been so kind and cool and we have no expectations of perfection but we do expect things to be made right when they aren't. If you have issues with the GM(Ms.Richards) like we did contact corporate and they will make it right. This place used to be a favorite but we won't be eating here anymore simply bc of poor management. We're thankful for the corporate office and staff under the GM that tried to help make things right.

Just ordered an extra large pizza. It arrived fast! Delivery person was very polite! The pizza was delicious and outstanding. One of the best ive had in a while! I would highly recommend Papa John on Main Street in Suffolk! Keep up the great work!!!

Love there meat lovers pizza...They made a mistake with my order. I called them to say something they fixed there mistakes the next time I went in & gave me free extras. There human & actually work hard & very respectful. I love this Papas John's there pizza is pretty good & I would much rather go here then another competitor.

Still waiting for my pizza to be delivered. I ordered it at 5:14 and was told it would be here in 35 to 40 minutes. It's now 6:45 and no pizza. I called and was on hold for 12 minutes. I hung up and called back to speak to a manager. Manager said they were a couple of hours behind because all the other pizza places were closed. Therefore when they get busy they close and now Papa John's were up the slack. So I called Pizza Hut and they said they were open and had not closed.Will never order from Papa John's again.
