Though the area and the building doesn't look welcoming the service is great!! There's always one person working and he truly runs the show. This my second time here and we will be back again probably next week :)

We love pelican snoball so the taste is always on point. The service was extremely slow even though there were not many people at the location and they had 2 workers. They were out of quite a few flavors but we can always find substitutes and will be back because we love the Snoballs!

We come here often because my toddler LOVES the giant frog gummies on the frogger but I think we're gonna have to move on. It's so inconsistent. Sometimes you're waiting 45 minutes (with 2 people in front of you) and sometimes you're in and out quick. Sometimes they're friendly and sometimes they're downright rude.I was done after this though. I got 3 flavors and light syrup. I haven't eaten any of it, this is how it was immediately after i received it. I asked why it wasn't mounded, the cup isn't even full of ice? She said I got it "to go" so they don't mound it. I was never asked if it was to go or not, but why would I get less product because it's to go? I've also never HAD to specify that I want the full item I've paid for?She was so dismissive and obviously didn't care, I didn't even ask why the cup wasn't full, or why neither of mine were light syrup, and they literally just put all the syrup all over the ice so what's the point of the different flavors?It's just not worth $4 for a kiddie cup of ice and sugar, and they're not even going to give you the whole item. We'll drive a little further to snowball from now on.

We absolutely love this place and are so elated that they're open now. They have so many flavors, and the snowball is juicy with flavor in every bite...I've never had a bite that JUST tastes like ice. We always get regular size, its the perfect size for us and you can expect to spend around $5 for that size not including extra toppings/flavors. Highly recommend. Can't wait to return!

Very disappointed. Please change your hours online. We showed up on 8/20 to find a hand written note on the window stating new hours are to 8pm. Google still has 9pm. To make matters worse, we arrived at 745 the young lady stated that we shut down at 745 so the workers can be out by 8. So technically your hours aren't till 8 they are 745. All the places I've been to, they serve until closing time. This is is the second time I've recently left their disappointed....no ice at a sno ball

I love this place brings back the nostalgia of being back Home in Cleveland, Ohio as a kid. There are so many flavors to choose from. I got the Creamsicle with a half marshmallo topping.

Snowball was a big lump of ice...I have a picture.... couldn't see or taste the condense milk was so little given, first time ever only waited less than five minutes....had a snowball the day before and it was pretty good ( 11_12th June 2023)....a hour later and still a lump of ice , really don't know what kind of snowball I received...... also why in other location the snoballs are very fluffy like the clouds and the location of Suffolk Virginia it's just like crush ice or hailstones ... don't think I will buy snoballs from the Suffolk Virginia location again......no complaints from the other locations.....
