The food is outstanding here and very fresh. I only come up here from FL once a year. I will definitely be back to this establishment. Very clean and plenty of room for events/party's. Super laid back but professional server. Name on receipt was Shift Manager but only gentleman there so anyway. Kudos to him and your establishment.

This is our favorite Pho place in the 757! The number 4 is our absolute favorite bowl of Pho & the spring rolls are delicious. We have always been treated with kindness from the staff & never had a bad customer experience.

I came in the evening (there were only 10 people) and most of them had their food already. I asked to have some time to look at the menu bc it was my first time and the girl looked at me like I was dumb… When she came back I asked her what she recommended and I was given a dirty look. Then a random girl came in and the girl taking my order cut me off to cater to the other lady..(rude) Another guy came in and ordered ten minutes after me and recieved his food 20 minutes before I did…… I will not be coming back

I used to come to this restaurant almost every day because I loved the food, especially the noodles. Unfortunately, the quality of the restaurant has drastically declined. Every time I come now, the tables are filthy, the floors are unclean, and the staff looks disheveled, as if they just rolled out of bed to come to work.
Today, I arrived at 11:00 AM for lunch, and the tables were sticky and dirty, looking more like the end of a long day rather than the start of service. There was dried-up sriracha on the table, and when I asked the waiter if he could wipe it down, he seemed indifferent. Instead of addressing the issue, he stood around talking to other employees.
The lack of cleanliness in both the restaurant and the staff is unacceptable. What used to be my favorite spot has become a place I can no longer enjoy. It’s sad to see the standards drop so low. I hate giving out bad reviews, especially being a Small Business Owner myself, but this is unacceptable. This is a restaurant there is food that is being sold here.

I quit eating at this place, and now I remember why. We ordered our food, and they brought us a plate with a pinch of bean sprouts. Two people were expected to share it. We asked for more and we're charged. When I paid my bill, with cash, the server did not bring me change back. The food is tasty, but a price of $17 is not worth coming back for. I had a small pho and water.

This place I greet! I eat here every time I am in the area.
The restaurant was a go to for my family to eat out. Now the service is poor at best. They have one girl who is decent but she can not service 10 tables. The other waitress is completely useless. She takes your order then comes back 10 plus minutes later saying we don’t have what you ordered. She also leaves your cup empty unless you flag it down, Then they were out of part of the ingredients for the pho and had no short ribs. It came out with 2 meals then 15-20 minutes later with our third meal. Overall I think they are horribly managed now. A great restaurant is now mediocre at best.
