Wiped the table off ourselves. Waited 50 min after we ordered food and the waitress said oh I'm sorry let me check on your food. In the mean time she served other customers that came in 20min after us their food and they had more people at their table. I certainly don't mind waiting for quality food but never had quality food take that long. I cancelled my order. My son kept his order and the beef in the beef stew was very tough and low quality, more silver skin than meat. To top it off when the waitress finally brought my son's food she immediately asked if we wanted the check. On a positive note they did offer me a egg roll for my inconvenience which I didn't have anymore time to wait for and took my meal off the check and didn't change me.

I usually go to small family owned Vietnamese restaurant but was shopping in the area and decided to give this place a try. Staff was super friendly and not hovering too much, such a great staff working this day.. Greeted me as soon as I walked in.My bowl had way too many noodles in it and it was already chopped up. It through me off a little but the meat was great and the broth was okay.BUT Their spring rolls are 10/10 and come with pickled carrots and radishes. I personally probably wouldn’t run to come back BUT if someone wanted to go I would.

Prices adjusted on the Beef menu portion. Charged me the same price for the vegetarian soup. Paying an extra $6 for a vegetarian soup. Doesn't state anywhere on the menu prices aren't remotely accurate. Just that the beef soup price is higher. Won't come back to any of their locations.

I got the #7 pho tai nam sach. Unfortunately there was such a long wait for it to come out after 30+ minutes. It was suppose to come with rare steak, brisket and tripe. However I was missing the tripe. The pho was just average nothing crazy good or bad. At least there was a fair amount of meat in the soup. Tables were a bit sticky, untensil looked very beat up and not super clean. Staff and service was really bad as they never checked up on me after they put the order in. There is a 5% cash discount which brought the total to about $15. Overall a poor experience here, hopefully it was just a one off, but I won't be coming back anytime soon. Food: 4.0 Staff/service: 2.0 Value: 5.0 Overall: 3.3/10
I've ordered take out from here multiple times and the food is usually pretty good. However, the WAIT is ridiculous! This current take out order, I placed at 7:20pm and it is already 8pm and I have YET to receive my food. I mentioned it to someone and they said, "oh it's done" and then she turned around and said 5 more minutes. Meanwhile, my Boba teas have not been made yet so now my food is done but my Boba teas aren't. Then come to find out they're also out of Boba now, which was one of my main reasons for coming here. Although the food is good, the amount of time I have to sit here and wait for a called in order that was quoted 15 to 20 mins to be done, IS NOT WORTH THE WAIT!At this point, I will no longer be coming to this establishment due to their lack of customer service as they offered nothing but an apology as they handed me only half of my food. They need to get their timing under control.Oh and mind you, I ordered TWO Boba teas and since they only had less than enough boba for ONE, they split it between two cups and expected me to be satisfied with having had to pay full price for both to get less than 1 cups worth of Boba. They handed me my drinks and food and told me to have a goodnight. They did apologize again for the wait but at this point that isn't enough. So I left and then realized why am I paging 13.02 for TWO Boba teas when you didn't even have enough Boba for the one?!? So I went back in and the managers weren't even there, they only have shift leads. And they asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes.My point is, if you've made it a point to apologize a million times for the wait and then continued to talk to each other about how long I was waiting while other orders were being picked up the second they walked into the restaurant, why do I have to tell you thia is poor customer service for you to do something about the fact that I had to wait an HOUR for food that should have taken the quoted 15 to 20 mins to make. That is 3X as long as your quote time!To say I am disappointed and dissatisfied would be an under statement.

Simply Delicious! The food is so yummy! Strawberry boba is on point (first time having it frozen). The wontons are my absolute FAV!! They're perfectly crunchy on the outside, tender & tasty on the inside. Pho is cooked perfectly with flavorful broth Service is impeccable.
