Literally, I was just speaking with a gentleman about my order that’s has been waiting for 1:30 mins. I placed my order at 7:35 and it’s 9:16 pm. Before he even answered I spoke with customer service and they are telling me to keep calling until someone to pick up. When the gentleman at building picked up he stated they don’t have drivers and he is trying to get a door dasher to pick up the order, because it’s been so long since I placed my order I asked that he cancel it and I was very polite and respectful and he said sure and hung up the phone. No confirmation, no sorry for the delay, no sympathy. I will not be ordering from the Pizza Hut just rude.

Today we wanted to celebrate a co-workers birthday. I had little time to set something up but called this Pizza Hut. The management team (who told me their name but I forgot it) had my back. They got me 23 pizzas and a fair price and quick. You guys earned a customer for life with this thank you.

Great location. The phone lines just don’t work, I always have to order online bc no one ever answer the phone and if u have a curb pick up, they never come outside, u still gotta walk in, and when you walk in and ask about the phones or curbside pickup, it’s like asking a two year old, u will not get a legitimate answer.
