The people that work here are amazing, doesn't matter what shift. My food is always fresh, they have a salad bar, and plenty of seating. Sometimes it takes a while to receive your order but being as they are the only pizza hut in the city, this is understandable.

The customer service giving by ADAYSHA SHE have a bad attitude.. l wasn't told l will pay 2.00 more. for 9.99 special for a one topping pizza when l place order. l ask to speak to the manger Adayshe question me why l wanted to speak to her manager.. over charged for a one topping pizza l explain when l place my order l wasn't aware of a up charge for the original crust, until l got there and looked at my receipt. l also called their number to prove to manger the order taker is not telling you about the up charge didn't get any refund ....the manager didn't offer to give me the difference, give better customer service when it not the customer fault exspecial when u listen to the phone call yourself ms manger...

If I could do NO STARS I WOULD!! I grubhub this how I make extra money. I walked in one girl sitting down, saw me and went in the bathroom, Ive been here for 10-15 minutes. I don’t know if there is a manger here. One girl here with BEATS HEADPHONES ON. A girl in the drive thru otp cussing. It’s a lot and for me to do MY JOB THEY DONT DO THERES AND , they say FOLKS ALOT! It’s not how I business should be I AM A MANGER , and I always work on the side the is unacceptable!

Ordered pick up this time since delivery is through a third party. They messed up my wings and sauces. Then proceeded to ask for a tip 🙄 for what ma’am? You taking back my wings and adding garlic/parm then telling me I was wrong or you not having the sauces I ordered and trying to add ranch in a clear cup as compensation 😂 BYE 👋🏻 if you hate your job then quit don’t take it out on people spending their hard earned money.

I've ordered the same exact pizza (Just Pepperoni Hand toss) from here for the last 3 Saturdays and they have been terrible. It barely have any sauce on them and the taste has been off. Im not sure if it's new management, ingredients, staff, etc, I will not waste any more money at this pizza hut establishment.....or possibly all together

Worst Pizza Hut I have ever encountered. Employees are rude and could care less about their customers. It is also in a horrible location traffic wise. A horrible place to get in and out of. Needs to be shutdown immediately!😡
A 1 star review is too high, but can't give it zero (0) stars which it deserves.
My pizza was very doughy and undercooked. I called and I was sitting on the phone for 15 minutes and nobody answered.

What a terrible experience. Placed an order early in the day and scheduled pick up at 3:15. I get there 2-3 minutes early only to be told that they “ran out” of what ordered earlier in the day.
Why not call or email? Instead, I wasted money, gas, and time wrestling an infant to get there on time.
Didn’t even get a damn apology.
As far as atmosphere, the place looks absolutely run down and dirty. This will be my first and last order.
As far as food, no idea as I didn’t get anything.
Just order from Little Caesars or Papa John’s down the road.
