Pizza Hut on Main Street in Suffolk, Va does not take ownership of their mistakes. I placed my order at 5:41 pm. Multiple dine-in and carry out customers received their order before the staff informed me that my order had to be remade due to one pizza not coming out of the oven. I was left to guess what not coming out of the oven means since an explanation was not provided, nor did I ask because it would not change anything. A free cookie was offered due to the store’s mistake, which was not much, but it showed an appreciation for my time. So, I elected to wait for my complete order. After more than an hour had passed and watching other customers (who placed their orders after mine) finish their meal and leave, I was informed that since my order just popped up on their screen (guess they meant a screen in the kitchen area) that I would not receive a cookie. Three separate customers (one with his family) apologized and informed us of how sorry they felt concerning how we were treated. In addition, the entire time I was waiting, I could hear kitchen staff arguing and they were not pleasant to the front counter staff when they inquired about my order either. This is a guess, but I think the manager rejected the cookie offer after it was offered due to the store’s issue. I understand that wait times vary, so I had initially doubled the initial advertised wait time to manage expectations. With over an hour elapsing coupled with the cookie rejection, I had enough of the store’s inability to honor my time and requested a refund. The last time I was at that store, the experience was not pleasant, but not enough to never go again. The Pizza Hut on Main Street in Suffolk, Va is on a downhill descent, and I have no plans to ever return to that Pizza Hut.

Worst place. Waited 1 hour and 15 mins for our pizza. Used excuse that one didn’t come out of oven and said they would have to remake it. Then offered free cookie. Waited another 20 mins and still no pizza and came out and said they couldn’t give us the cookie because they too busy. Got our money back and left. Will never be back to a Pizza Hut again. Not ever.

Ordered a pick up order that was free thanks to my Pizza Hut points, used the pick up window and the woman was very polite and fast! Asked me to complete a survey when I got home if I had time! Very nice experience

Order a medium and two large pizzas with breadsticks. I’m not sure if they know the difference between pan and hand tossed there. All the pizzas were hand tossed. One was supposed to be pan but wasn’t. I’ve noticed this a lot with this location. I order pan and I get hand tossed. The dough that was used today tasted under cooked and rubbery. Did a piss poor job cutting the pizzas as well. This location continues to push out subpar product. I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere.
Whoever is in charge of this location clearly doesn’t give a shit.

The pizza was not fully cooked and it had no marinara sauce at all . I was omw to work so I couldn’t turn back around to get it fixed … so money and time was wasted and ultimately I ended up hungry while Working.. 👎 👎👎👎👎👎👎 Horrible experience I wouldn’t recommend Pizza Hut on main street ‼️
Unfolded pizza boxes were ON THE FLOOR behind the counter. An employee was folding them while we waited for our order. I generally love Pizza Hut & I'm not one to complain, but that was gross. Also, the pizza crust was still doughy.

Ordered the big box pizza with 3 different types. Dough was raw!! They put the white sauce on top of the toppings, not under. As if they forgot and just threw it on. Losing a customer because the last several orders have had issues.
