Came here during lunch and had a great experience. Customer service was great, inside of restaurant was clean, food was fresh, and delicious. They give you salsa and chips as soon as you sit down. Ordered the chicken poke bowl. Had cucumbers avocado, rice, beans, and chicken and was extremely flavorful and fresh. Would recommend giving this place a try.

It was a friday night and it was pretty slow so my husband and I went in for some food. It was our first time. We were automatically seated and greeted. I got the birria tacos and they were delicious. The service was quick which I loved. Only thing I was sad about was there was no tres leches cake for dessert but everything else was great. Prices for cocktails were also great.

Was not the best authentic Mexican that I'm used to eating. There are many others in Hampton Roads that far surpass Quads. The food (Shrimp Faieta) was ok but overpriced for the amount of food. They even charge $2.99 for 3 additional tortilla shells. Server was not well versed in the English language but after several attempts he got it. Chips and salsa were not very tasty. I'm not sure there is another Mexican Restaurant in Harbour View, but Suffolk has 3 others in town they are better. Try them.

My husband and I stopped here for a spontaneous date night. It was taco Tuesday and they had chicken and beef tacos for $1.50 and $2. We tried out the tacos and they weren't bad for what they were. They also had some beer included for happy hour but that escapes me right now. We also tried the tamales which tasted good but were a little light on the filling. Our waiter was very courteous and made sure we were comfortable sitting on the patio. As the sun set, he made sure to turn on the heat lamps for us. We would definitely come back to fulfill any margarita cravings.

This was my first time at Quad's. The restaurant is clean. The seating can accommodate 2-4 ppl. They have a outside eating area with the same seating accommodations. The staff were friendly. The service, food and drinks were good as well. They have alot of menu items to choose from. I would say most may think the alcoholic drink menu is limited. All in all, we had a good time. I will upload pics on the next trip

Ordered takeout from here tonight. I got the grilled steak nachos and my husband opted for the steak and chicken fajitas. Both meals were hot, tasty, and plenty of protein! Everything was reasonably priced & didn't take long at all before it was ready. Glad there's a guads in harbor view now!

We stumbled upon this restaurant and it was amazing! The atmosphere was very nice, the portions were large and the staff was awesome. All of the food was prepared with the freshest ingredients. I was very impressed and we will definitely be back.

I was pleasantly surprised by everything! From the friendly service to the menu selections it was a very great experience. I ordered the sopes and was so glad to see it on the menu. The thick tortilla was slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The carnitas has great flavor and were exactly what is to be expected of carnitas. My husband got the 3 tacos Al pastor and I took a bite of one. SOOO GOOD!! I can't say enough about the food here. Definitely recommend giving it a try. You won't be disappointed.

The food is delicious. The chicken in the quesadilla had lots of flavor. The quesadilla was filled . The red salsa is not watery or chunky. It’s the perfect consistency, with the correct amount of heat. The food was hot. The service was excellent. It’s the best Mexican food around!

Bdubs up the road was closed to dining so my son and I decided to try this new place. Great service, good food, enjoyable experience.

Stopped in for a bite on a rainy Saturday afternoon. The sun was completely hidden by the dark grey clouds and the cold rain drops molested my face as we strolled into the joint..... This place is legit. I usually feel like Mexican restaurants in virginia are all the same. No matter which chain it is, it's all the same. The menu is the same. This place is a notch above the others, and I'm pleasantly surprised. First, the chips were served warm. That made them extra delicious. We ordered guacamole and received the chunkiest, tastiest, tomatoiest blend of guacamole ever. Main course was milanesa....aka breaded fried ribeye aka get in my belly. Hubby had the California burrito and devoured the whole thing. He always orders a california burrito but says this was by far the best one he's had. They have a little bar area as well, might be a nice spot to unwind after work too.....I mean, we all need a drink or fourteen after a rough day, amirite? I'm glad this place opened up here. Great addition!

Got take out from this location this past Tuesday. Very disappointing. My chili relleno had no battered crust. It was just a wilted chili with some weird processed cheese inside. The tamales were unusually dense with not that much filling. The worst part, my husband got fajitas and they forgot to give him tortillas. It's sad, because all the Mexican places around here are the same. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, you won't find it in north Suffolk

We had an excellent dinner here. Staff were super helpful and friendly, service was great and the food was yummy. We had the guac app and it was yummy. Fish tacos for me and quesadilla for my other half. Chips were fresh and delish.

The place is nicely decorated and clean but stop there. The chips were good but the salsa has a weird Smokey taste. Very scant on cilantro. Asked about jalapeño poppers and what cheese they were stuffed with, told "fresh Mexican cheese". Poppers were standard frozen Sam's club with cheddar cheese and the dipping sauce a watered down tomato sauce, no flavor. I had the lunch pollo fundido. There was adequate chicken no 1 sliver of a tomato, not particularly spiced in the soggy burrito. My rice had 1 pea and 1 carrot and reminded me of box Mexican rice minus the seasoning. Nothing special for retried beans. The vegetable quesadilla was standard, overly salted but not Trader Joe's frozen quality. And don't forget a take out fee after the taxes if you don't eat there. The person who took my order was nice. Nothing compelling to make me go back.
