They weren't taking anybodys order until the person in front got their order and drove off and waiting 5 more minutes to take the next order. This went on for the entire line. I honestly believed there was only 1 person working the entire store.
Edit: The dude that was taking orders at the window was literally just laughing and playing around while he waiting for the food to be ready. Not taking the next person in lines order. Everything he was doing and saying was completely unprofessional and the will be my first and last time at this place. Waiting 35 minutes in a drive through that had just 2 cars in front of us when we pulled up is insane. Oh and they evidently dont serve any ice with their drinks 🙄

Pulled in to get done and the place looks abandoned so I went next next door to sonic. That's when i seen 2 employees sitting outback behind rallys. Put some signs on windows.. store looks like it shut down. Would have rather had yalls food.

This rallys used to be very good and fresh but recently it's been much more greasy. I still love the food but it hurts my stomach now. The fries are always great though.

First experience at a Rally's. Food was real good. Freshly made, only experience with their food was the fries you buy frozen at grocery store.
This visit however, the first thing I noticed was the floor. It looked easy & unmoved. There was a mop bucket sitting by one of the trash cabinets in the dining room. The men's room had a broken soap dispenser, so no soap. And on the sink there was a small bucket with soapy water in it & a rag sitting there like someone was trying to clean & got interrupted.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Rally’s location. When ordering, the employee at the window asked if we wanted to wait for fresh apple pies or “nah,” which came across as unprofessional and dismissive. We chose to wait, expecting fresh food, but once we received our order, all of our fries and fish sandwiches were old and burnt. The quality was unacceptable, and the customer service was lacking.

Absolutely horrible I DoorDash to my original order. My sandwich was completely backwards. Nothing of what it was supposed to be not even the correct one. I drove back to get a remake was told I couldn’t get a refund cause I DoorDash get a remake. It’s covered in mayonnaise which it’s not even supposed to have mayonnaise on it and now I’m waiting on my third remake if you don’t know how to make the sandwich just say that or go look it up but make somebody come all the way back and now have a third remake is absolutely insane

So I had gotten my entire food today and I came back around 8:16pm they forgot my large fries and this how I receive them with trash inside of them. I had to completely throw all the fries to the trash smh.
