This location is hit or miss yet even when they hit, somehow some way, they still miss something. You have to request fresh food but that has proven to be a bad decision. It is currently 5 pm on a Monday so I'm confused why my chicken sandwich and fries are cold and old. Why does one have to wait for old cold food??

Came to eat here after a night out & the person working the drive through at 12:30 on October 25 was extremely rude when I asked for wings mind you I come here all the time after 12 and get wings she told me we aren’t doing fried food right now only fries I said how are the fries made then she repeated herself very aggressively WE ARE ONLY DOING FRIES. AND . BURGERS will be going back to the store tomorrow to speak with a manager because literally last Saturday I got a 20 piece of wings at 12:45 like you don’t have to be rude or lie to people if you hate doing your job just quit !!! Never even got anything to eat because of her attitude

Jamal gave excellent customer service. He was attentive, thorough, patient and extremely kind. The fries were piping hot and the big Burford burger was made with much care. I implore people to visit this location. They are phenomenal. It's worth any wait time you might experience.

They weren't taking anybodys order until the person in front got their order and drove off and waiting 5 more minutes to take the next order. This went on for the entire line. I honestly believed there was only 1 person working the entire store.
Edit: The dude that was taking orders at the window was literally just laughing and playing around while he waiting for the food to be ready. Not taking the next person in lines order. Everything he was doing and saying was completely unprofessional and the will be my first and last time at this place. Waiting 35 minutes in a drive through that had just 2 cars in front of us when we pulled up is insane. Oh and they evidently dont serve any ice with their drinks 🙄

Pulled in to get done and the place looks abandoned so I went next next door to sonic. That's when i seen 2 employees sitting outback behind rallys. Put some signs on windows.. store looks like it shut down. Would have rather had yalls food.

First experience at a Rally's. Food was real good. Freshly made, only experience with their food was the fries you buy frozen at grocery store.
This visit however, the first thing I noticed was the floor. It looked easy & unmoved. There was a mop bucket sitting by one of the trash cabinets in the dining room. The men's room had a broken soap dispenser, so no soap. And on the sink there was a small bucket with soapy water in it & a rag sitting there like someone was trying to clean & got interrupted.
