We’re celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary and decided to give them a try! It was great!!! Rich was a superb host. He was attentive and accommodated our every request. The food was amazing, it was like eating my mom’s Sunday dinner. Thank you for making our day a special one. We will definitely come back.

Stopped by here today for some lunch and it was amazing! When you first walk in the door you are greeted with a warm welcome. I sat at the bar and LaTanya was my server. She was super sweet and welcoming. I had the fried whiting, Mac n cheese, yams and potato salad. Food was great and size was good. I will definitely return.

Me and my bf ate here last night. I was craving a CHEESEburger last night. GBB was closed by the time we arrived. Checked this place out. It's like stepping into a time machine. Chill but definitely not worth 100.00. Make sure you watch what they put in your beverage. Well liquor taste like well liquor. My bf was surprised at the taste and I explained in the beginning of our date it was bottom shelf and the waitress said it was happy hour and was probably just trying to save us some money. I never asked for top shelf. Got a BUBBA BURGER. IYKYK (Period), Egg rolls were delicious. BF's steak Alfredo entree was really good too. Could have been a little larger for the price. Bf's entree came out way before the burger and it was dry. Server originally bought me some ketchup. I like mustard and mayo on my burger and when I finally got my disappointing frozen processed patty. The lady looked at me and asked if I had asked for cheese on that and I said yes. I am such a chill person and at this point told her if I could just have a piece of cheese to just put on it that would be great and of course she was accommodating and asked if I was sure and I I replied yes. The burger was still hot and I was like whatever I'm hungry. The lady brought me a piece of cheese on a piece of parchment paper and said here you go they melted it for you. I had to scrape the cheese off. When it was time to pay the lady went and got three different hand held just to take my payment because they were not working. While the waitress tried to get a little argumentative when I confronted her about the well liquor she tried to tell me what she gave me and told me she could take it off and blah blah blah. I ate it and so did my pockets. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Thank you to TJ and Karla for my amazing dining experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted and met with great hospitality. The food and drinks was delicious. Karla was on point to make sure everything came out quickly and perfectly. The atmosphere is very relaxing with 90s R&B music. I look forward to dining here again!

Came here on 7/11/2025 for a date night and let me just say , This place did not disappoint the food was amazing the atmosphere was great and the service was on point I wish I could remember her name but she was absolutely great and super friendly my husband got the honey pork chops that were absolutely delicious and I got the Parmesan crusted salmon with green beans ( perfectly seasoned and also delicious) would recommend 10/10 for a nice date night place will definitely be coming back

The food is really tasty, the portion size could be a little bigger but it tastes really good. I had shrimp, collard greens, and potato salad. My husband had fish Mac and cheese and green bean; all good. The drinks weren’t bad either. We’re from NY so we’re used to them being a bit stronger but they were still nice👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
