I had the steak, ribs, and shrimp platter ($26.99). I definitely wasn't sold on it being an 8-oz rib eye. I'm not even sure what piece it was. I sent it back because it was tremendously over cooked, I asked for med-well. The manager was really pleasant but took all the food back instead of just redoing the steak. Just did not enjoy my dinner after everyone else was finishing and preparing to leave. And the drinks were weak as water!

Our food was hot and fresh and arrived quickly. The salad bar was awesome. Our server, Haylee was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! Awesome customer service, Haylee!! We will be back due to our wonderful stress free experience. This particular location was a gem!

My girlfriend ordered the grilled salmon. It didn’t look like the picture on the menu. We spoke to the manager about it. She did not offer anything to resolve it. No remake, no credit, no free meal. This was unacceptable. I called for the manager again after I thought about what she didn’t say/do. Do you think she said anything again? NOPE! Not even an apology. What in the world???
