I took my son , he’s 26 and special needs . He loves the Meatball Sub. It was full of the largest , most yummy meatballs.

I ordered a couple slices and some garlic bread. After about 40 mins I walked to the counter to asked how much longer. Come to find out they didn't even start our order yet. The lady says it should be like 5 mins or so it's real fast. Well if that's the case wouldn't you have realized that you haven't brought us our food after 40 mins. The place only had 3 tables dining in to include my table. Not even an apology or hey here take the slices for waiting 40 mins for something she says should only take 5 mins. Unprofessional and I will never be returning. Oh and according to the waitress I'll get my refund at some point.

Tried Sal on rt 10 was great just like New jersey lots of cheese great. But was closed on Monday so i tried this Sal on main st not the same taste like domino's no cheese just bad sorry will not eat pizza on

My son ordered this Friday 6/0923. His fault because he didn't check the box before he left the store. But this is a shame that they even let this walk out the door.

Coming in the restaurant I spoke to the cashier twice nothing but a rude attitudeI then order my food the toppings I asked for wasn’t melted what so ever looks like it was just thrown on top of the pizza the pizza was also hard and cold once I got home which is only 5 minutes up the streetNot happy about my visit today

It took them 3 phone calls to answer the phone and they said they stop delivering orders. Called literally 1 min later and then he say they stop taking all orders. Then hung up in my face. It was a Spanish sounding man he was so rude.

Gave this place a chance bcuz of the reviews and amici’s wait time was too long…the pizza garbage.. the base of the pizza was like a biscuit… the calzone garbage..it was like 2 empty slices of pizza put together to make it..overpriced like 2 pepperonis in it also had the consistency of a biscuit..salad wasok peppers tasted old smelled funny in the establishment, I have to remember being from NY my standards of pizza are different the place is terrible..waitress was nice

I ordered Meatballs Pasta online 04/19 @ 7:03 PM...key word "Meatballs". I get home and there are no meatballs in the dish. How do you forget to put the Meatballs in the pasta? I called Sal's and was advised that I could drive back to get the Meatballs? I asked for them to credit me the money back for the Meatballs. Because I ordered online through a portal that they utilize, they could not credit me a portion of what I paid. I asked to speak to a manager in which I was advised that there is no manager for that location??? I then asked to speak to the "Senior person in charge" since they have no manager. Rez gets on the phone and acts as if he could not hear me. It was a waste of time and energy talking to Rez. Dinner with the family was ruined. These establishments want our business but when they mess up, they do nothing to correct the error other than issue a mere apology. Apologizing is not going to put any gas in my tank to drive BACK to a restaurant that I just left to pick up Meatballs that was a part of the dish. This rating should be NEGATIVE STARS as they don't even deserve 1 star...

I LOVE Sal’s. I usually go to the Portsmouth location but we’re in Suffolk tonight. We ordered the Family special which is 2-18” inch 1 topping pizzas, 20 wings, and garlic knots. I ordered boneless wings and got bone in. The garlic knots weren’t done all the way. I LOVE garlic sauce so I decided to try the garlic and oil topping. I love garlic but it was too much. In every bite I was chewing on minced garlic. I tried to scrape some of it off but it was also under the cheese. I think it would be good if they made it an actual sauce. We still ate the food but I was disappointed I spent $65 on food that was wrong and poorly prepared.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak without Mayo because I am allergic. It was still Mayo on it and my steak was salty! I never had issues with Sals until last night. Now I’ve taken off work due to vomiting from the Mayo!!

I ordered two slices and a Ceasars salad. The portions were enormous! I will never order from another chain pizzeria again after this experience.
