Waited 20 minutes for 2 shakes that were very runny, made incorrectly and very weak. The man who I assume is the manager was rude and definitely lacks customer service skills. If I could give zero stars I would.

I saw the ad pop up on fb and figured i would go try it out. I called ahead to serif the deal was legit and was told yes. I found a parking spot that was not coned off. The screen was not on as I pushed the button for service. It never came on. That's the 3 stars for the atmosphere. When the attendant came on (Solaris), she was very polite, a very bubbly personality. I asked her about the deal as I had seen it online, and she confirmed the deal. We got our food and left, no, we didn't check it. Got halfway home and pulled a burger. False information given about product and price.

Waited 25mins for the stall, no one answered downloaded the sonic app made an account and ordered, then waited another 25 minutes for our food which was warm, never got our sauce. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Also they answered the stalls around us and we were there first.

Ordered 2 sodas off the app thinking it would be quicker. WRONG. What are they doing who knows but I’m never getting my drinks. :/ also super weird that when the screen says their on there way I still wait 10+ EXTRA to get FOUNTAIN DRINKS.

This Sonic has gone from zero to nearly five stars in the last few months. It had been a while since I gave up on this location, but I went back recently, and the service was much improved. So, I tried it again, and I’ve been back several times since. Now I expect to have a good experience every time I go.

I quit going there a long time ago .went there today and service still sucks
I guess they were busy, but it didn't look that way with the one young lady standing around, just drinking her drink, vice helping the employees that were actually working. Food was cold. All good, but they could do better.

Waited an hour on my half hour lunch break for my food. Left after I ask about my food and was given a massive attitude. I get it gets busy , but damn I could have went to a sit down place and been in and out in that time. Oh I never got my food on top of everything.

Edit: Completely forgot to mention, I won't go back bc they used expired milk in their ice cream. It tasted sour, and I got very ill for days. I don't trust this location at all.
Hoping Dave (or any of the management from 2012) isn't still there, bc he talks about underage girls inappropriately and openly. And could the wait times be any longer?

It's justva run of the mill fast food, but it's not that fast half the time they get your order wrong the fries suck waybover priced for low quality

On my visit I ordered my food and waited for like 20 minutes maybe longer. I had to stop the car hop after he delivered someone else order to ask him about my food. He apologize and said he will go check on it. He came back and apologize again and gave me lukewarm food. He gave me a extra order of tots I guessed because they forgot to give me my food. I will never return to this location.
