I ordered two medium slushes on the Sonic app. Boy was I shocked when I picked up my order when the waiter showed up to my car with plastic, not styrofoam, cups. Just two days earlier at another Sonic, I was served with medium styrofoam cups. The young waiter reminded me of the law changing from styrofoam to plastic. However, I read that law gives the fast food restaurants a year to fully comply with the change. I'm glad I took advantage of the Monday 99¢ deal!! I would have been highly upset if I had paid $4 for this little plastic cup!! Anyway, I believe Sonic has lost faithful customers!! Or change the price to reflect the size of the new medium plastic cups?!?!?

The treats and food are really good. The service is always friendly, although it can be very slow (likely understaffing issues). It can be sometimes hard to hear through the speakers on the board (especially in the seating area). The seats are not super comfortable. Handicapped parking does exist, but if course it's kinda far.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 shakes that were very runny, made incorrectly and very weak. The man who I assume is the manager was rude and definitely lacks customer service skills. If I could give zero stars I would.

I saw the ad pop up on fb and figured i would go try it out. I called ahead to serif the deal was legit and was told yes. I found a parking spot that was not coned off. The screen was not on as I pushed the button for service. It never came on. That's the 3 stars for the atmosphere. When the attendant came on (Solaris), she was very polite, a very bubbly personality. I asked her about the deal as I had seen it online, and she confirmed the deal. We got our food and left, no, we didn't check it. Got halfway home and pulled a burger. False information given about product and price.

Waited 25mins for the stall, no one answered downloaded the sonic app made an account and ordered, then waited another 25 minutes for our food which was warm, never got our sauce. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Also they answered the stalls around us and we were there first.
Ordered 2 sodas off the app thinking it would be quicker. WRONG. What are they doing who knows but I’m never getting my drinks. :/ also super weird that when the screen says their on there way I still wait 10+ EXTRA to get FOUNTAIN DRINKS.

This Sonic has gone from zero to nearly five stars in the last few months. It had been a while since I gave up on this location, but I went back recently, and the service was much improved. So, I tried it again, and I’ve been back several times since. Now I expect to have a good experience every time I go.
