I get a drink from here almost everyday on my way to work. Today I ordered my usual, and when I was able to take a sip, I noticed it tasted like all carbonation. So the syrup must have been out. I called and let the woman on the phone know what happened, she apologized, and asked if I would like to come back any time today to get a new one. I believe her name is Joanna, she's the general manager. Great customer service.

Don’t let the historical older reviews scare you away. This location went through a change in ownership/management not too too long ago, and they’ve REALLY turned everything around. Service is polite and quick (we usually pull up, not drive through), portions are great, and the food tastes like what Sonic is meant to. We used to avoid this place on the occasions we’d go out, but it’s really turned around since the overhaul. The drive through line is always warped when...
