The place was nearly empty, yet I had to wait 30 minutes for a bowl of pho that was completely disappointing. It didn’t taste like pho at all — just a bland bowl of noodles pretending to be something it’s not.

Update:
I also saw the owner’s response, which falsely accused me of not living in the U.S. I’m a local customer who visited in person and shared a real experience — including waiting 30 minutes for a bowl of pho that didn’t taste authentic.

It’s disappointing to see a business respond to feedback this way instead of trying to improve.

As A Pho enthusiast(40 States And More than a 100 Viet Restaurants) This Is hands down top Ten In American Viet Restaurants list And In the Top of that list, Not only Food wise But service is Top notch, the Owner is a great Guy and Chef.
The Pho Is 9.4/10 Great taste fills your mouth and soul with flavors, Heritage, and Culture.
The Banh Mi is So Delicious I really recommend it, it’s 8.6/10 the Meat is well marinaded and Cooked with love.
The Rib Pho is Exotic and Worth the Try it’s super Juicy tasty, So Comfy.
I would rate it 8.2/10 The meat is too much.
Short ribs in the other hand Is mind blowing get it with any dish and thank me later, I would rate it 8.9/10 It’s superior.
Over all Several times Visit experience Is Fantastic And Rate the Restaurant 9.2/10.

The executive chef was more than accommodating, very friendly, down to earth. He eagerly allowed us to try several samples of different dishes to assist in making up our mind on our dinner choices. He assisted us in finding local events/attractions that we were interested in for our weeklong vacation. We will definitely come back to this excellent restaurant again!

We came in as a party of 6, four adults with a 5yr old and 3yr old tonight and were treated like royalty from all of the staff and owner. The food was outstanding. We got 4 pho, spring rolls, and bao buns, all of which came out hot and delicious. Even got a sample of the bao bun proteins and fresh pressed sugar cane juice! Will be coming back again!!

Go here to experience real Vietnamese food instead of Americanized stuff sold elsewhere. The sizzling rice crepes (Banh Xeo) is the best I've ever had in the US. The sandwiches (Banh Mi) are outstanding, too. Family owned slice of perfection.

This restaurant was absolutely amazing. The tables/floor/counters were all clean, and despite what Joy Blake said, the staff checked in multiple times. Both the bubble tea and the food were absolutely delicious. DEFINITELY recommend.
