Not trying to come off as a Karen by any means but certain personalities should not be working the drive through especially in the morning the lady that was working on 11/20/25 around 7:15-7:20 comes off as rude I’ve had her service multiple times and she’s just plain grumpy… and unfriendly and I do love this location.! They’ve only ever messed up a coffee of mines once and they remade and took accountability but however that young lady is rude especially when taking the orders I was telling her what I wanted and she kept speaking over me and had a ATTITUDE like I get it it’s early but lady you cannot treat customers that way especially when we’re already over paying for coffee …but nether less location is awesome but get someone friendlier to work the window and I plan on complaining every single time she takes my order and it rubs me the wrong way it’s been that way 3 times and I’m tired of it and she may even be a manager smh ( please don’t fire anyone times are tough but please for customer service reasons get someone else to do the window in the morning )

Returned to this location this morning and the service was perfect and they even upgraded my drink size and the previous lady was not in the window thank you for listening to your customers!

Came here with my friend for a quick study session and we took a picture of us sitting together and smiling (no one else was in the background) not even a minute later the barista comes over and starts yelling at us asking if we are doing something and that they think that we were taking a picture of them and that we are making them feel uncomfortable. Mind you this is a public place and the camera wasn’t even pointed in their direction! They made us feel so embarrassed and uncomfortable. We paid well over $20 while being there and were planning to get another coffee and continue our work but we felt so awkward we left. Will not be coming back to this location and I hope that they can find a new barista that doesn’t have such a bad attitude. I understand not wanting to have your picture taken but like I said the camera wasn’t even pointed at them and instead of saying something in a polite manner they yelled at us and made it seem like we cannot take pictures together with out them being offended.

Whyyyy do yall put so much whip cream in it?? Then get mad when I say remake it with actual frappe in it. It’s $7.60 so I want every drop of what I pay for!

My early bird lady always compliments me, she’s a sweetheart. My dolce latte was perfectly made, and she even wrote a cute note on my cup to start my day. 🥰

They don't speak when you come inside and they pay more attention to the drive thru than people that come inside to order. If the drive thru is busy, expect to wait at LEAST 5 mins for one of the 5-6 people working to take your order.

I've visited this location several times, and I often leave feeling disappointed. When I order any drink, I want to walk away feeling the desire to return and order another especiallywth the promotions offered. The service is great, the food is as described and served hot but the drinks just aren't worth the trip.

Adding foam on top? it usually lacks the frothiness, it often feels more like just having nothing but creamer added to my drink which makes the drink bland and flavorless. Similarly, when I get a shaken espresso, the bitterness of the coffee can overwhelm the other flavors, while at other times, you can't taste it at all, just feels like I’m drinking cream and syrups.

One of my main concerns is that the drinks don't resemble what is shown in the advertising. It would be great if the beverages not only tasted good but also looked appealing, as depicted in the promotional images.

I appreciate that the staff are ALWAYS willing to remake drinks when issues arise, but I've noticed that only about 45% of the time do they get it right on the second attempt in terms of taste and presentation. Unfortunately, that means I sometimes end up having to discard my drinks, which feels like a waste of money.

I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it can contribute to improvements. I believe that with a bit more attention to preparation and presentation, this location could enhance customer satisfaction significantly. Thank you for considering this feedback!
