It’s just like every other Starbucks. Service was quick. I don’t like the new method of asking for tips by saying the machine is going to ask you a question every time you pay. I can see the question. It seems like a veiled request for a tip instead of just giving good service and getting tips when the customer feels the desire to do so.
The overall the experience was good. The store atmosphere was not that inviting. Also, the straws kept splitting down the sides. Before ai could leave the store I had to switch my straw. I went back inside to get another and 10 minutes later that straw was no good either because of the same issue of the first one.
I come here everyday most of the employees are great but I have a few that gives me
