Inside it’s super slow they focus on the cars and not the customers inside, the orders take a lot, they are no focused on taking your order at all. The barista has a mess at their workstations

I got ice coffee today and for some reason the price changed overnight! I asked for clarity from the manager and her attitude was horrible! She’d rather lose a customer over 80 cent than explain nicely why the price was different! It’s not about price, it’s about service! DONE ✅

This review is based off of two experiences I had at this Starbucks. The first experience, I placed a mobile order and came into the store to pick it up. It took about 25 minutes to get a grande cold brew. The barista was less than friendly, lifeless, and threw my drink together, like it was slop.
My second experience here was in the drive-through and I ordered the same drink. Again it was made sloppy and melted. I have typically had really good experiences here, not sure why the quality is going down.

I’m noticing a trend with most of the Starbucks, but this one I stood there waiting for service. No one in there but two other people and there was four workers not one person smile not one person say hello not one person acknowledge that I was even there. I see my DoorDash order just sitting there open and still no help until I have to interrupt them and ask is that the DoorDash order and then and only thing is what I got surface
