This review is based off of two experiences I had at this Starbucks. The first experience, I placed a mobile order and came into the store to pick it up. It took about 25 minutes to get a grande cold brew. The barista was less than friendly, lifeless, and threw my drink together, like it was slop.
My second experience here was in the drive-through and I ordered the same drink. Again it was made sloppy and melted. I have typically had really good experiences here, not sure why the quality is going down.

I’m noticing a trend with most of the Starbucks, but this one I stood there waiting for service. No one in there but two other people and there was four workers not one person smile not one person say hello not one person acknowledge that I was even there. I see my DoorDash order just sitting there open and still no help until I have to interrupt them and ask is that the DoorDash order and then and only thing is what I got surface

This is a high volume Starbucks however the team is always on point. They are professional, personable and friendly.

I go to this location frequently. Mornings before work, I usually order 10 mins before arriving and my order is usually ready. When it's not ready, it's because they are super busy which is understandable. Tell me why in the evenings when I go, there is one car in DT and no one ordering at the counter. I walk in there expecting my drink to have been made when I order 5 min prior to my arrival and I still wait another 15 minutes inside the store for my drink to be made. Ridiculous. There is no excuse especially since they are not busy. No one inside acted like I was there especially when I am sitting near the pick up counter and this happened on 2 separate occasions. So five stars for morning crew and zero for the evening.

Blocking the exit in the parking lot while unloading supplies is not ok especially while other businesses are open. Park the car in a parking place. There were many empty spaces when we had to back up to go around.

Hi, Friends,

I am sad to report that this location lacks customer service and appreciation. I've been here several times and each time I am ignored unless I speak assertively, which is ridiculous and embarrassing. Orders are 10 min in the building and less when in the drive-thru.

The line is always wrapped around the building, so I'd suggest doing an online order. I can't wait for the one bear my house to open, hopefully it'll be less traffic. Anyway, I go to the one on country club shops, off cedar road, because they have the good ice...lol. the staff is always nice and friendly and my drinks are always good.

Until last year this place served great coffee but we’re seeing a decline in taste and the right balance of flavors with the coffee. Service is undoubtedly the best but coffee doesn’t taste great. Food is almost the same at every Starbucks.
