4 staff were all busy talking to each other on their hands-free headsets, and 1 staff person acted like a customer's request was an annoying interruption to her chat with colleagues. Surprising, because at most Starbucks locations the staff are more customer-focused.

Unfortunately today was the last time I’ll be coming to this location. It’s very hit or miss. Sometimes costumer service is great, and others like today it just was not great. The girl at the drive thru, with the cross tattoo behind her ear was not pleasant. Look, I get it. Customer service can suck, I worked in customer service for years. However, please don’t take it out on customers. Or act like they are an inconvenience. She had an attitude while taking my drink order and attitude while I was at the window. She handed me my drink while I was looking away (putting my card away), and I said “oh my bad, thank you.” She just walked away. No, my pleasure, or your welcome have a good one. Just walked away. Also, this drive thru can take forever. I’ve had to get out of line multiple times because they are just too slow. I hate having to go all the way to Portsmouth but they are more consistent.

Inside it’s super slow they focus on the cars and not the customers inside, the orders take a lot, they are no focused on taking your order at all. The barista has a mess at their workstations

I got ice coffee today and for some reason the price changed overnight! I asked for clarity from the manager and her attitude was horrible! She’d rather lose a customer over 80 cent than explain nicely why the price was different! It’s not about price, it’s about service! DONE ✅
