The manager is the rudest person! First it took her forever to acknowledge me standing at the counter and then acted like I was a huge inconvenience. I ordered the same drink I order every week (I go there once a week). And she told me that there was no way to make the drink I asked for and I told her I get it every week and she told me I must have been getting it from another store because they don't do it there..... I told her no I come to this store every week and she continued to tell me that was impossible because she's never seen me before in her life and she's the damn manager (her words). I told her she's right I've never seen her either, but I definitely come to this store I'm not stupid she's just never there. Or if she is she's not the one working behind the counter. I will never come back to this one as long as she's still the manager because there was no reason to be rude she could have just told me she didn't want to make the drink.

Stopped in to grab a quarter espresso while I was doing my grocery shopping. Now I will admit they were a little busy, but the cashier had the personality and greeting of a wet mop. Might just forget about coffee the next time I shop there.

Luke warm pump pot coffee after have a fresh cup @ a Starbucks retail. I came to grab a few items early am as usual pathetic service. As a former STBX manager I get annoyed at basic customer service! Lukewarm coffee from a pump pot ain’t a great cup of coffee. facts.

If you are not going to be open according to your Google maps hours then fix them. This is another reason why it was a smart idea to delete my Starbucks app. The company continues to prove it is dying and should be dead.

We went to get a cup of coffee at 7:50pm today. The store closes at 8pm. She said they were closed. She just wanted to get out of there. A shame.
