Order the special valentine's drink. Asked for it to be put in a bigger cup so that half of the drink would not end up being thrown down the sink. This happened anyway, when I mentioned it to the young lady who made the drink. She said they have to follow a recipe. I don't think that's true. Because if they actually followed a recipe, it would fit in the cup. I think they add too much ice, making the drink taste bland and more like just crushed ice. Also, the whipped cream that was on top was rather flat. As you can see in the picture, I will not order this again.

We dropped by Starbucks as a quick pit stop on our trip. We went inside; we were the only ones in the store, while everybody else was in the drive thru line.
My wife had a latte, and an Americano for me. When we got our drinks my wife asked for a little modification, which the barista was happy to accommodate, so I appreciate that service.

Listen. I am a Starbucks fan. Always. I order the same drinks. I know the taste. I order it the same way every time for the same taste. So when I order the brown sugar cortado with 1 pump brown sugar and two pumps of sugar free vanilla.…. Just enough so my blood sugars dont fly off the roof.…. I know the taste. When you put in too much milk… and make it milky rather than expresso-ey.… I know it. So if I politely ask you to remake it Kaelyn or Jaelyn … Please remake it rather than try to argue with me about what was wrong with it. The drink is never full to the brim because its a 1:1 ratio….. so when it is full to the brim, you haven't given me an extra shot of blond expresso … its too much milk. Starbucks, why tell us that we can ask you to remake a drink it if is incorrect, if you are gonna go back and forth with us when we ask you to remake a drink that is incorrect. I am too old to be going back and forth with you when there are a million other Starbucks in the world. Thank you for the refund. The one by Walmart made it just fine!!!! I know the world is stressed right now, but yal got to do better.

Very rude walked in nobody said nothing took them forever just to come say anything to me just looks nobody was in the store but a lady sitting in the back sleep so no excuses just rude
I asked for bagel to be toasted twice and it wasn’t even toasted at all, my drink had to be remade 3 times, the girls and boys had an attitude with me. DONT RECOMMEND!!

I placed a mobile order at 11:47. I followed up with a staff member at 12:06. She said she would check on it. She never returned. After confirming that another guest ordered after me and got her order, they made me wait in line (12:22) to get a refund and didn't even attempt to make it right.
