They’ve never done me wrong, and if you wonder what makes the coffee so tasty it’s that RO water!

I always place mobile orders when I order from Starbucks because of the convenience. However, I had the pleasure of picking up from this location and was chastised for following the Starbucks app notification that indicated the pick-up time, which I normally base my order on. The cashier was very sassy on the speaker, stating that my order had just come through and that I needed to wait 10-15 minutes after the timeframe that it gives. When I was pulled to the window, I showed her my app notifications showing when my order would be ready, but she said the app is always inaccurate and that I needed to wait another 10-15 minutes after the time it shows on the app. It was interesting that no one was in line or in the store, and I had only ordered one drink. I’m not sure what’s going on here, but I’m sure Starbucks paid a lot of money for a system that insists the business runs smoothly and quickly! I won’t stop at this location anymore; I’ll go to the next one instead.

This location has poor customer service also no communication to customers or as a team. Wait time are terrible, I had an online order and still had to wait 15 minutes upon arrival. The Atmosphere raise concern the workers look very frustrated.

Ya'll need to hire someone with blue hair or something to make these drinks. I ordered the Gingerbread Chai and instead got milk with essence of cinnamon. And my husband got the Sugar Cookie Latte or whatever and his was straight up coffee with no flavoring with sprinkles on top. This is what we get for going to a different starbucks than the one we prefer. It's like cheating on our barista and I'll never do it again but damn that was like $28 of pure disappointment!

Love starbucks. But for the people that work here..please make sure the drinks arent messy when you hand it to your customers and that the lid is on properly and if it isnt..to replace it. also please make sure you include a straw in your doordash orders bags...how are we going to drink a frappucino without a straw!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but after a very uncomfortable experience I witnessed today, I felt compelled to make one. This afternoon I was at the store and, I’m not sure of the situation, but a very unhappy customer came in. The manager then brought one of the workers out and the customer began yelling at the worker. After the customer left, the manager began yelling at the worker. Again, I do not know the reason behind things but it was very unprofessional. It was very uncomfortable as a customer to watch. I really hope this is not the way this manager handles things

I came in around 12:30 or so today (12/29/25). It was very uncomfortable to witness a customer and then after that another Starbucks affiliate publicly tear into this poor floor worker. Why would you let your employees be treated like that? Where was a manager to mediate? No coffee is good enough to stick around after that. Shameful. I hope that interaction was reported to HR.

my drink was great, but the young girl at the window was rude, i wish i could take back my tip i gave at the window. i said thank you , she could definitely hear me, she shut the window and ignored me

I’ve had issues with this location messing up my drinks a few time however my son and I came in yesterday and after ordering my son told the cashier it was his birthday soon the cashier just looked at him and ignored him it was so rude! I understand you are working and can be busy however there was no need to ignore him as he’s in the middle of talking to you. Very disappointed in the way this employee handled that will not be back to this location

Went to this store yesterday .
Waited forever at the speaker to order, gave my order to then get response “hold one second” waited in line finally got to window for her to hand me a drink that was not mine - I said no that’s not mine, mine was hot. Then finally was handed a hot drink . I drove off because the cars were stacked behind me. To when I realized it was NOT the correct size drink and NOT the correct drink. Had to turn around to go back to that store for them to get me the CORRECT size and drink! At which time the cars were wrapped around the building for drive through.
Your coffee is too expensive for this kind of service!

Customer service here this morning was horrible, staff was very rude, every order that was done while we were there was wrong, my daughter asked for 1 pump of sugar she received four, gave her more milk than coffee when she asked for more coffee, said it was a up charge, so basically she paid for a $6 cup of sugar milk, they need to do better.
