my drink was great, but the young girl at the window was rude, i wish i could take back my tip i gave at the window. i said thank you , she could definitely hear me, she shut the window and ignored me

I’ve had issues with this location messing up my drinks a few time however my son and I came in yesterday and after ordering my son told the cashier it was his birthday soon the cashier just looked at him and ignored him it was so rude! I understand you are working and can be busy however there was no need to ignore him as he’s in the middle of talking to you. Very disappointed in the way this employee handled that will not be back to this location

Went to this store yesterday .
Waited forever at the speaker to order, gave my order to then get response “hold one second” waited in line finally got to window for her to hand me a drink that was not mine - I said no that’s not mine, mine was hot. Then finally was handed a hot drink . I drove off because the cars were stacked behind me. To when I realized it was NOT the correct size drink and NOT the correct drink. Had to turn around to go back to that store for them to get me the CORRECT size and drink! At which time the cars were wrapped around the building for drive through.
Your coffee is too expensive for this kind of service!

Customer service here this morning was horrible, staff was very rude, every order that was done while we were there was wrong, my daughter asked for 1 pump of sugar she received four, gave her more milk than coffee when she asked for more coffee, said it was a up charge, so basically she paid for a $6 cup of sugar milk, they need to do better.

I should have just read the reviews first. I never tried this location so I figured I would this time.

Horrible , so the whole point of coming into the location is because I don’t want to make my own coffee because I want to be lazy and pay someone else to do it.

Literally just a Venti hot coffee with 4 creams and 8 sugars. This lady says 🤣

“ yea the sugars out there you can get it, and the cream is back here so I guess we can get it “

No greeting , no hello , no dialogue aside from what’s listed above.

Then proceeds to tell me the tip screen is coming I can choose what to give. Coffee taste like half and half not cream.

How hard is it to make a cup of coffee ? This is the basics , if I had to make it I could do that at home with the pike roast.

As a DL , this could never be my location , it’s no way that woman would be on my front register.@ in any of my stores I would have the GM TERMINATE IMMEDIATELY before it spread to other employees.

She didn’t even make the coffee she just bossed around the other girl. Just lazy , not a leader by any means !

Order the special valentine's drink. Asked for it to be put in a bigger cup so that half of the drink would not end up being thrown down the sink. This happened anyway, when I mentioned it to the young lady who made the drink. She said they have to follow a recipe. I don't think that's true. Because if they actually followed a recipe, it would fit in the cup. I think they add too much ice, making the drink taste bland and more like just crushed ice. Also, the whipped cream that was on top was rather flat. As you can see in the picture, I will not order this again.

We dropped by Starbucks as a quick pit stop on our trip. We went inside; we were the only ones in the store, while everybody else was in the drive thru line.

My wife had a latte, and an Americano for me. When we got our drinks my wife asked for a little modification, which the barista was happy to accommodate, so I appreciate that service.

Listen. I am a Starbucks fan. Always. I order the same drinks. I know the taste. I order it the same way every time for the same taste. So when I order the brown sugar cortado with 1 pump brown sugar and two pumps of sugar free vanilla.…. Just enough so my blood sugars dont fly off the roof.…. I know the taste. When you put in too much milk… and make it milky rather than expresso-ey.… I know it. So if I politely ask you to remake it Kaelyn or Jaelyn … Please remake it rather than try to argue with me about what was wrong with it. The drink is never full to the brim because its a 1:1 ratio….. so when it is full to the brim, you haven't given me an extra shot of blond expresso … its too much milk. Starbucks, why tell us that we can ask you to remake a drink it if is incorrect, if you are gonna go back and forth with us when we ask you to remake a drink that is incorrect. I am too old to be going back and forth with you when there are a million other Starbucks in the world. Thank you for the refund. The one by Walmart made it just fine!!!! I know the world is stressed right now, but yal got to do better.
