Unfortunately I have to refrain from visiting this location ever again. The parking lot situation with your drive through is horrendous. Something needs to be done. Clearly the customers of Suffolk do not know how to circle a building and form a line all by themselves. Barriers, signs, something needs to be done.

Hello! I ordered online using my Starbucks points to get a free drink and when I picked up my order I didn’t notice that there was a fly in my drink until I got in my car. I couldn’t ask them to remake my drink because I had to go to work but I’m still upset that this happened. This Starbucks location is normally great but I’m still upset that I couldn’t enjoy my drink and my points were wasted

I wasn’t impressed with my experience today. In fact, there was no experience at all. One person (a very tall, Caucasian man) greeted me when I walked in. But it went downhill from there. I stood there for a long time waiting for help and no one even looked in my direction. I guess after that “routine” hello, I no longer existed to the staff. As such, I will take my order and my presence (since I was planning to sit and study) to the Starbucks on Harbour View Blvd. Hopefully, they’ll get it right the first time. I’m very disappointed!
Separately, I was just here last week (Tuesday evening) with a friend. Our experience was much different. Much better!!!

So I come to this starbucks at least 3 times a week. My order is pretty specific and they slam dunk it everytime. Most of the ladies and maybe 1 or 2 of the men know who I am. They're all amazing. Thank you team for starting my mornings. - From Customer known as Regrets.

Rude kid at the window. Most of the kids are very nice but yesterday the tall girl in green was rude and slammed the window. Be careful who you hire.

Second time they give me a wrong drink. I can’t go back and change it so I’m stuck drinking something disgusting that I paid $7 for. (Getting the right drink would be a good way to improve for the future)
Some kid was running around and all over the floor as soon as I walked in. Really everything was fine except these white folks taking up the entire middle section of the store at two tables they had pushed together there. This is right in front of where you pick up your order. They had no concern for their kids rather just about yelling their points at each other over the already extremely loud mid hip hop. Manager seemed to care only about drive thru times

Usually the coffee is fast here but sometimes like today it takes forever. Been waiting almost 30 minutes for one frappachino. Watched a worker make herself a drink and then disappear in the back for about 10 mins. Still waiting on my drink to be made. A lady that ordered way after me just got her order. Got to be at work at 5 and it's 4:53.
