This is my least favorite Starbucks for food. When I get a breakfast sandwich, it is ALWAYS cold or still frozen in the middle, while the outside will be super hot (so odd!). When I get a croissant, they always taste like day old or more. I disappoint myself every single time. The drinks are always great, but I am gonna have to stop coming here for their food options. What a bummer for the price. I wish they would get their food situation under control and stop giving out old croissants and food that's not been properly warmed in the name of quick service.

I'm having a hard time. That every time I go, it's always a different price. I ask for a tall Carmel Frappuccino without coffee. They give it to me without Carmel on the top. If I say something, they charge me 60 cents more.so I ask for less, only coffee, and it costs more than the coffee one. No coffee only means coffee?????

I am so disappointed this evening. I didn't know that Starbucks on Bridge Road (17) in Suffolk was in the habit of closing 10 minutes early during the holiday season. I guess I should just blame myself for taking too long in the other stores but I needed 25 gift cards for my staff the following day. I guess I need to give that few hundred dollars to Wawa or Dunkin Donuts.

My fiancee loves her Grande light vanilla latte (hot). I love their petite vanilla bean scones. The only thing they don't do well is their hot chocolate. Dunkin makes a much better, creamier hot chocolate.

This location is usually packed so be prepared for a wait even using mobile ordering. Most of the staff are great but there are a few bad apples in the bunch. They need to work on their efficiency. Parking is a mess. It's best to park in the lot behind and walk. The

Order a venti frap in a trenta cup which they do for me any other time but this last time that I went, they said they were unable to do it. I explained kindly to the barista that they have done it for me in the past and then I’m there almost every day and order it and it’s never been an issue the shift leader, then comes on through the speaker and says that it is in their policy that they are not allowed to do that. Why would you have done it in the first place if it was in your policy and I even work at a Starbucks . I know that that is not true the Starbucks that I work at whatever you order and ask for it is what you will get. He was just very rude and I feel like the service was absolutely horrible. They also didn’t honor the buy one get in free Thursday in September deal!

Its a very beautiful scenery but customers service was not having the best of day. I order my drink & nobody called my name just happened my drink was ready 10 mins ago. I asked two employees what time did they close & nobody “knew” or could tell me. I will defiantly give them another try one day!

Was pleased with the coffee, sandwich, service & the seating/lighting. Only advice would be to wipe down the tables, please, a little more often. Their storefront has a northern exposure which helps keeps out some of the late summer heat.Parking: Shared with other stores, but on this Sunday plenty of spaces were available all over.
