My husband and I had our baby shower last weekend. When he went to pick up the catering order I made online (I have the confirmation email) they told him someone called a couple days before that and placed an order over the phone. No one placed an order over the phone. My aunt who was helping plan the shower called to get PRICES and asked when the catering order needed to be placed. She was told to have someone come in 24 hours before hand to place the order. I went to the store 2 days before to place the order and was told by the worker that I needed to place it online. Which I did. When my husband went to pick it up he was confused and called me and I told him we have ONE catering order and that’s the one he had the email confirmation on. The worker REFUSED to give him the catering order we ALREADY PAID FOR until he paid for the other one. $190!!! How does a business refuse to give us an order we paid for because they screwed up and made a second order that we had NO IDEA about and we DID NOT PLACE! My husband was not able to get a refund or any of the food that was for sure ordered. They made him pay to get any of it. It took 14 years to get pregnant and we had to use IVF. One of the best days in our lives had a huge negative and stressful impact on our baby shower.

Didn't receive the correct size sandwiches. One sandwich was missing dressing and oil and they salted it so much you couldn't eat it!!

I’ve been coming to this same Subway for 20 years now. We are not from the area, but stop there every time we drive up to our beach house. Krystle recognized my family immediately over the phone and she, Donna, and Shane gave us the best service. Krystle herself made sure that our sandwiches were toasted right, per our online instructions and went above and beyond to make sure that we not only enjoyed our meal— but our entire experience. I cannot recommend this specific Subway more. I never eat Subway normally, but this crew is always too amazing to skip.

I went to this subway on Holland rd in suffolk the manager was nasty and rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me her name because she knew she was wrong but I will never go back to this subway again they won’t get my money!!!

Today a Coworker of mine recently ordered two melts from the subway located at 1524 Hoand Road Suffolk VA. 23434. After returning back to work we noticed that the subs were not correct with the ingredients requested and looked horrible as if they were just thrown together. Two calls were placed to the establishment where one resulted in The MANAGER 'LIZ" hanging up on my coworker because she requested cooperates phone number due to "LIZ" being RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and displayed POOR customer service. A second call was placed in which "TAMMY" assisted manager became DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE as well. PLEASE BE CAREFUL If you choose to eat at THIS subway! THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The ONLY reason they received 1 star is because the site would not let me post this unless I picked one... I would have not given them ANY stars Matter of fact, if could give them negative stars I would have.
Fresh 6” on Monday afternoon. You can't go wrong with that.
No care and when I called Justin said there was no one else to talk to call back in th am. Sloppiest missing items subs we ever had. We are new to suffolk and they have already lost our business.

Ordered online PayPal paid them got to this location and my order was not received. Not only am I out my money they refused to give me my order after I showed them the transaction on Paypal. Worse part is the manager didn't care at all. She wouldn't give me contact info for customer service or the owner of this location. Horrible customer service and the manager had no clue how to handle the situation.
