Floors were dirty at 1200 in afternoon. Didnt have nice for the soda machine could buy ice stopped having flatbread. Really dont like the new menu

Sadly didn’t have a great experience at this location. All the veggies were frozen in the table visible to all guests. Chose the spinach as it looked the best and now wishing I had not. The cashier was pleasant, but clearly not recognizing that the veggies should have all been thrown out. Also no option but wheat bread.

Absolutely Amazing to see such a young hard working manager. That girl pours her heart into her job here. Every negative comment ive seen or here is 100% the subway customers fault. This is the best subway in town. Faith will do whatever to make sure things are right. I Never met such a talented manager as Faith.
My husband went to get subways and they ran out of olives, spinach, lettuce was old and red. All they put in veggie sub was lot of onions. Very poor service.

Food Always a hit but the service is odd. Two of the workers keep checking out my partner especially the short white guy on several instances. We would constantly go here but not anymore due to those two. I would like to speak to the owner because one of the employees there do not belong.

I dont typically write reviews, but this is so comical I have to. My wife and I have ordered online subs about 5 times in the last several months.
Every time, without fail, they switch our breads around.
It almost feels like it's some sort of joke at this point.
Hopefully someone reads this and stops it, lol!

They swiped my card twice, with no option to select tip%. Check my receipt was charged 20%, and was told I can't help you.🤦🏾♂️

Seems a little bit picking and choosing who’s there being friendly with.
Parking: It’s a few shops around and if you’re having issues with walking or getting kids in and out the car you probably be a little bit far from the restaurant door.

We walked in at 11:15am, none of the shelves were stocked with the condiment items. Certian breads weren't ready which caused several customers to change their orders. They were out of bell peppers. One of the staff members tried to take someone behind us' order before getting the rest of our order. There was no sweet tea because the machine is broken so I tired the root beer and it was all seltzer water and no syrup, I told them and I was looked at like I was dumb and they ignored it, so I ended up with Dr. Pepper. Some of the tables were dirty. They were just pulling all the cookies out of the ovens as none of that was stocked either. They are not ready at all for lunch traffic.

The food is fine but the Staff are not so nice. They have some young kids working there with nasty attitudes especially the girl in the morning. There were no cookies on display. I asked her of there are any chocalate chip cookies, she barely answered. Not even a good morning, smile, nothing. Even the way she talks come off rude. They need to better train their Staff and provide better customer service skills.

There was only me and another guy in there and they were being really slow, while they were working on his food another customer walked in, so it completely surprised me when they were done with his food, they turned to the lady that JUST WALKED IN what she would like, as if I was not even there.

This place always has good service when I'm here . Jimmy's across the street wouldnt serve me 20 min before closing but these guys Jordan and HisMajesty ( yes his name lol) served me walking through the door at closing which I know was inconvenient but these guys really do a good job . Thanks again Subway ?
