Ordered online so it would be quicker, app actually said subs were ready before I arrived but it hadn’t even started to be made. Had to wait for subs to be made. Need to remove online ordering if it’s going to remain that way. This has happened the last three times I’ve ordered subs.

I've been to hundreds of Subways but this one is definitely in the top 3 easily.The quality of the subs was fabulous despite being the same produce from other places.But what I felt made a significant difference was the service. The employees were knowledgeable, kind, efficient and had a happy vibe that just made the whole experience most satisfying.I drove half an hour and past many other subways to return this particular oneHighly recommend

I come here often (3-4 times a week) and I can usually deal with employees sitting around off the clock chilling with friends, but when I ordered my food this last time (Oct 12), I noticed more mayo than anything else. I dont mind mayo, but when it seems like a pound of mayo (yes a literal pound) on my sandwich makes it unedible especially when there's more mayo than actual meat cheese and veggies. I dont know your standards, but logic says to much mayo kills the meal. I have ran into problems before with out saying anything... because the looks of the staff...(high school kids) I dont expect much, but to get an order right, I get its hard for mcDs, but I expected better from subway.

Asked what the sanitation rate was before ordering food and the Manger said why do you wanna know the rate and I told them never mind we just will not eat here. I don't know if its a requirement in VA to have the sanitation posted in your restaurant but in NC is it. Just not going to eat anywhere especially when the manager refuses to tell me what the sanitation rating is.
