I want to thank Katrina at 3575 Bridge Road, my husband went there and got a sub for him and the pepperoni dipper for me he called me and said they didn't do them anymore. I was disappointed he asked what else I wanted I said not. He told Katrina I was disappointed and she made them I was so happy when he got home. Thank you so much Katrina 💓

Worst owner in the area. The manager of the 2 stores has rhe worst attitude aswell. The ice machine is full of mold. The veggies are typically old. The owner germin doesn't care at all.

My wife and I have visited this particular location quite a few times and have usually been satisfied. Tonight we went in around 6:00 p.m. There were 2 young people working ( a young girl and a young man). They appeared to be working on a carry out order together. We walked up to the counter and neither employee looked up or said a word to us. We stood there for about 5 minutes then said that we were leaving since they never acknowledged us. We told them we were leaving since we had stood there for so long without being acknowledged. The young man said we could order on line! We have noticed that when the store manager is there, the staff is very attentive, but when she isn't there, the service is horrible!!!!

Did delivery was fine but... ordered 2 meatball subs both light sauce both toasted bread not only did they do opposite but bread wasn't cooked thoroughly.

I've been a regular customer here for years. There are recurring problems that never seem to be fixed. The toaster is defective, I've had my sub toasted but still be cold afterwards. I always have them toast my sub extra long here because of it, but I never have to do that at any other Subway. Also, the ice machine is CONSTANTLY dirty. I think I've seen them have it cleaned several times over the years, but it never lasts long. Fill a large cup with ice and dig through it later, you will almost certainly find GNAT GUTS inside. Yuck!
