Did delivery was fine but... ordered 2 meatball subs both light sauce both toasted bread not only did they do opposite but bread wasn't cooked thoroughly.

I've been a regular customer here for years. There are recurring problems that never seem to be fixed. The toaster is defective, I've had my sub toasted but still be cold afterwards. I always have them toast my sub extra long here because of it, but I never have to do that at any other Subway. Also, the ice machine is CONSTANTLY dirty. I think I've seen them have it cleaned several times over the years, but it never lasts long. Fill a large cup with ice and dig through it later, you will almost certainly find GNAT GUTS inside. Yuck!

Every time I go in here, the lame males act as if they can’t open their mouths to speak, they act like deaf mutes…I still wonder how they were able to pass the interview. We have two working in there with poor humility and people skills serving food. I thought subway had a better judgement when it come to hiring. Their demeanor alone make the food taste horrible.

Ordered the 6 inch Outlaw and Teriyaki Blitz with additional veggies on each. The bread was soggy wet and fell apart when picking them up. My husband had to put his on a plate and eat it with a FORK!! REALLY!?!? TOO much sauce and we asked for oil and vinegar on the side but seems like the fixer put it on the sub. People, pay attention!! Please ...

Please inform employees that when you answer the phone it's not your house. "Thank you for choosing subway how can I help you". Is a perfectly good way to let the customer know who their talking to...no just hello, and silence, its creepy, it's very unprofessional and unbecoming of a business to act like that on the phone, if theres any way i can help please feel free to contact me and i would be happy to help. If the customer isn't a priority then why are you taking my money, be professional be polite be positive. I hope you understand what I'm saying. Have a nice day! Ps. When we order and pay over the phone it's also polite to say how much the bill is.

Went on 1/26/24, and the 2 guys working appear to be making fun of the customers the ENTIRE time. If you're going to turn around and whisper to each other every 10 seconds, then giggle to each other after that.. I can't see any other reason. Had to repeat ourselves at least 3 or 4 times every step of the way, and it's not that complicated!! My wife informed me that this is what it's like EVERY time she's gone in there!!

The customer service here is UNMATCHED and the vibe is real! My sub was actual smack and the restaurant was so clean!!! Oh Yeaaa try the raspberry cheesecake cookie too thank me later :-)

Just left and was flabbergasted. The kid that works the night shift had his friends there and they were screaming at the top of their lungs while I was trying to order. Another worker was cleaning the bathrooms and I could hear him screaming and cussing about how disgusting the women’s bathroom was. It was very hard to not just walk out.

They charge more than the menu says. Breakfast combo is $5.99. She charged $5.09 for the sandwich and $1.99 for the drink. When I pointed it out, instead of trying to make it right, she tried explaining how it was accurate, basically doubling down on the lie. Stop stealing and acting like oblivious.
