Awesome frozen yogurt

Absolutely delicious.... Extremely clean..... And even the one teenage worker was especially nice.... What more could you ask for!

I take my son to Sweet Frog all the time, but the Main St Suffolk location is by far the worst. The second you walk in, it’s cold, uninviting, and completely lacking energy. No greeting, no music, nothing. The staff barely look up, and even after I tipped, not a single “thank you.” The whole place feels awkward and unfriendly, like you’re bothering them just by being there. Definitely not the experience you expect from Sweet Frog.

My son is allergic to cows milk protein and eggs. They had yummy DF and egg free options, and the lady working there even checked the ingredients for toppings he was interested in. Best experience we've had!

Being the only frozen yogurt place around town, the staff at SF make an effort to be direct and accurate rather than how they could probably make you feel being in such a seemingly "kid-friendly" place. This does not discount the cleanliness that they try to keep. Not sure about the tip culture here yet but at least don't forget to sign up for rewards (which are way too complicated compared to others) and to ask for available discounts!

I used to go to this place since I was three. I moved away around three years ago, but we go to Virginia every once in a while and eat here. The froyo is great, staff are kind. I can't wait to come back! ( I also used to dance in the middle of the room whenever a song by Katy Perry came on and the staff clapped )

First-timer here. The experience was great, as was the yogurt. Self-serve was part of the fun. Plenty of choices of yogurt flavors and toppings!!! Pricey but worth every bite! One of my favorite places now!
