Being the only frozen yogurt place around town, the staff at SF make an effort to be direct and accurate rather than how they could probably make you feel being in such a seemingly "kid-friendly" place. This does not discount the cleanliness that they try to keep. Not sure about the tip culture here yet but at least don't forget to sign up for rewards (which are way too complicated compared to others) and to ask for available discounts!

I used to go to this place since I was three. I moved away around three years ago, but we go to Virginia every once in a while and eat here. The froyo is great, staff are kind. I can't wait to come back! ( I also used to dance in the middle of the room whenever a song by Katy Perry came on and the staff clapped )

First-timer here. The experience was great, as was the yogurt. Self-serve was part of the fun. Plenty of choices of yogurt flavors and toppings!!! Pricey but worth every bite! One of my favorite places now!

I was at this location yesterday around 8 pm with some friends, and I noticed out of the two girls working, the blonde one left to the bathroom multiple times in an hour for extended periods of time. She was also on the phone the entire time, even when she was checking out customers. The other girl there seemed to be taking care of much cleaning, trying to do both customers and other tasks. It looked like she was doing all the work. I’ve worked in service, and I know I would be upset at having to do all the work while my coworker chats on the phone the whole time. But everything else was great!
