January 19,2026 at around 1:00pm I went in for the $6 12oz cup ( I had separate phone numbers so I got two) I walked into the store to the cup station and didn’t know which one was the 12oz ( they aren’t labeled) and so I grabbed the one I assumed was the 12oz cup (it was the 24oz) and I made the fryos. I went up to the register with them and told the cashier (Sam) I had two separate. transactions and she said ok I told her I had a phone number and she put it in. I payed for the first cup and didn’t realize how much it was. Then I did the second cup and it was 13 and some change. I told her I had to go to the car rq and get my card she said ok go. I came back and realized that one was the wrong prices so asked what cup was the 12oz and she told me the pink one was I asked her I could go get the correct cup and put the one I made already in a 12oz she told me no because she already rung it up. (She could’ve canceled that transaction easily easily ) so I left for about 7 minutes and tried to go get the correct one and as soon as walked in she pointed and yelled at me told me to leave. The froyo shop had other customers in there and they all looked at me and she embarrassed me and made me cry.
Update: the manager reached out and solved the issue thank you 🩷

The larger filipino girl there whose name started with an “A” was rude to me and my youngest son. She raised her voice and screamed at him, he’s only 3 years old. Very unprofessional, NEVER coming back again. NEGATIVE STARS!

I brought my niece to this place because she said her friends at school talked about it. She was so excited to hear that we were on our way there. When we got there, she and I went to make our cups of yogurt and she accidentally turned to pick up my keys that had dropped and knocked down her yogurt. I called to the young lady behind the counter to tell her what happened. She then called a woman from the back who came out. I was getting another cup of yogurt for my niece. The woman picked up the cup and brought it to the cash register and charged me for the cup that had fallen plus the two cups I was purchasing. She didn’t say anything, just threw the fallen cup in the garbage and bagged my cups. Last time going there! Thanks Sweet Frog!
Update 1/5/26-This is certainly the location. I haven’t been to any other Sweet Frog.

I left the review blank because, I didn't want talk about being humiliated by one of your employee's. I took my kids to get Ice cream there because they were asking for it for the las 3 days. I arrived we got our Ice Cream I go to pay and realize I left my card at home, but I actually had a cash on me the only issue is they were all 50 dollar bills. The store was busy and due to the nature of buying ice cream she took her card and paid for it didn't ask and said just pay it forward. So of course this happing in front of like 15 other people I didn't want to an A-hole I put the $50 in the tip jar. So I ended up being humiliated and basically paying double price for our ice cream. So what you could of done better is not have your employees do things like that and how about get a counterfeit pen and take $50 bills, especially when people with big families are almost paying that much anyways.
