Great taste and great flavors hands up!? up for the text message promotion on “ Bring a buddy , buy one and 2nd half price”.?down that SWEET FROG computer states not on a cone! Customers where do we see that on our side? (CLARITY and COMMUNICATION) Only answer I received was a shrug of the shoulders from 2 employees.So I SMH and thankful for self service and STILL appreciate the taste and great flavors.

Good ice cream but they don't honor their own punch cards and the manager is rude about it. I had two older punch cards that if you bought 9 ice creams you got the tenth free. The manager said they don't take them anymore and I said they don't say anything about an expiration and she said " I'm telling you we don't take them". She ended up taking a dollar off my 36 dollar order but me saving those cards and buying the 18 previous ice creams didn't account for anything but her being rude about it.

This is the best location, and we love the staff. My roommate and I normally doordash from here on Fridays, and we always get the cutest drawings on the bag (forget the froyo... the drawings are the highlight of the experience, honestly.? Artists!... Sign your name, if you're comfortable, so we know who did it!). Whenever we physically visit the location, everyone is always so friendly. It's nice to see employees who seem to enjoy their job (unless they're really good at faking it, in which y'all are doing a great job, LOL). The froyo and the toppings are always fresh, they always taste fantastic, and the location is always clean whenever we visit. I also like that they rotate flavors every now and then because we get to experiment with new flavors (although New York Cheescake, Cake Batter, and Mango will always be superior). Clean store but no changing table in the restroom for little ones. Instead of staying and enjoying our time to relax we had to leave and find another establishment with a changing table for the baby. Very disappointed in this for a place that usually caters to families with young kids.

Terrible customer service! Rolling your eyes and huffing and puffing like a 2yr old. Bec a 9yr old kid dropped a cone! And charge me! .. keep your SOUR frog! .. AND YOUR SOUR ATTITUDE.
