I’ve never left a review anywhere I have been BUT this tacobell…. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m a tacobell lover and this is the only one near my house but I hate to say…. I’m done with tacobell in the area. I’ve been to this one a few times and everytime something on the order isn’t there and the order is kind of messed up. I was always like “they are busy it’s fine no big deal” today though…. My family and I went up to this one. We put our order in in my phone like 15 minutes before arriving so we could go in and just eat and there’s 4 people instead of waiting. We get there. It’s not ready. I’m not mad at this point. I understand. We get our order… my kids bean tacos have 1/4 of beans across the bottom and I had to smear it across to the other side to make a floor for the taco to roll. Same thing with the other. My husband and I paid for avocado sauce. They are out of it. Also, my husband got a crunchy taco. It was in crumbles and broken all the way through. I ordered a bean burrito with extra red sauce. (Paid for it ) it was just straight beans. No sauce or onions. Just beans rolled up to a burrito size. The kids nachos only came with cheese. No chips. There was a cheese quesadilla I paid 5$ for and it legitimately was burnt with no cheese on it. I’m not one to complain but I asked my husband to re order it at the register and I ended up having to pull the quesadilla apart to Cabot it was like a giant burnt chip with no cheese and I paid 5$ for it so I’d like one made correctly. ON TOP OF OUR ORDER 3 people behind me came in with a complaint at the same time as me. Nobody at this location can make a taco. Poor service and food.

I will say I came across the road to get tires at discount and decided to come sit at taco bell at 9am .. placed a order and waited patiently.. I received my food is was made perfectly. The place was very clean and the young lady with pink braides had a very friendly and sweet greeting when I got my food.... what a great place for lunch , dinner and hey breakfast too....

One of the worst tacos bells I’ve been ever been to. Messed up half our order and it’s not even the first time or the second time but probably the fourth or fifth time? I swear every time I come to this Taco Bell my order is always wrong. Please avoid this establishments for you own sake! Editing to add: THEY ALSO STOLE MY CREDIT CARD! Whoever runs this place needs to really rethink the people that they hire or honestly just shut the whole place down. What a disgrace of a restaurant.

Can’t give the food a rating because I could not order. I am sitting in the drive through as my sister ordered her food and we were going to do a separate order but whoever was at the drive thru speaker said they not doing to orders because they were under staffed. There was only two cars in the drive thru. The one in front of me and the one I was in. I’m so confused.

Went in to pick up a call in order and wasn’t asked what needed the worker assumed I needed to place an order and yelled at me to go to the kiosk order was never ready and wasn’t it again acknowledged as to why I was there so I canceled at my short lunch period

The service was very bad. Every time I asked for something, they had an attitude to every response. I got home and opened up my chalupa and it had a long piece of hair in the middle of it. I do not recommend this place at all.

Ordered online. Picked up my order using the drive thru. It didn't take to long and it was ready. They do a good amount of toppings on the different items. The sauces were not consistent, for instance on the 3 potato soft tacos we got only one had the sauce. Was still good
