Almost never get the correct order and also never open on time. Sucks to drive an extra mile when this one is walking distance from my house.
Today I went through again cause it’s right next to my house and as usual, nobody is in the building 10 minutes after open time. Fire your employees and hire people who want to work.

This taco bell is totally unreliable, mismanaged and excells at ripping off the paying customers!! Ordered 2 meximelts, one had some meat in it the other had no meat at all!! The employees and supervisors are incompetent and should not be allowed to work in a food service business!! Never again at this terrible taco bell! The franchise owners need to be investigated by VA Dept of Health and State Corporation Commission!!!

Tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt by coming here on different occasions. Nothing has changed but a sign out front saying that their Hiring. Customer service still sucks. Pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru and waited almost 3mins to see if anyone was going to take my order. Get to the pay window and I felt as though I needed to check my bank account afterwards. Overall experience sucked..

This Tacobell location has gone down hill fast. The food is very inconsistent, sometimes being ok, other times being terrible. The wait times are astronomical even when there is barely a line. I always have to check my orders everytime, and 9 times out of 10 there is an item missing. I still love Tacobell, but I will not be returning to this location. The one on Western Branch does a lot better and it's worth the extra few minutes to drive there.

Genuinely hate this Taco Bell. Always slow regardless of drive thru or dine in. Food always appears and taste as if it were made by a toddler. I always feel disgusted after eating it. Had a crunch wrap supreme that was mostly tortilla and an extremely soggy “hard” shell in the inside. Had maybe 2 bites of beef, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce with a sprinkle of tomato. Last time I got food here, which I swore would be my last time because of the disgusting food, the chips tasted as if they were fried in old grease used to fry plastic. Just absolutely vile. Crunch wrap picture for reference of when I FINALLY got to the beef, cheese, and sour cream. $6+ for bread and sauce packets honestly.

This will be the last time we go to this Taco Bell. I ordered our food on the app but when I arrived at the drive thru speaker, I was told I had to come inside to pickup our order. There's always something wrong going on at this location!! Machine broken, drink ordered not available, on and on and on. Taco Bell Corporation you might as well shut this location down for good!!

I just recently went to taco bell and I don't normally have any problems at this location. But my recent visit was crazy. I ordered online and paid for it online( remember this part.) And I pick drive thru and proceed to go through the drive thru to pick up my order. I get to the window the girl comes on and says due to staffing shortage you must place your order inside. So I told her I ordered online and she proceeded to say that I still have to come in. When I came in there were 4 or 5 people in the back. So ok how many people does it take to hand me my order through the window that is already paid for. I guess they needed more help. Anyway I walk in and to my surprise the girl hands me my order. Just nasty for no reason. I had to come all the way in just for you to hand me my order when I was already in the drive thru. It took like 2 seconds. Crazy.

I used the mobile app to order 3 items. Went through the drive through and the employee handed me my bag. I said “thank you.” She stared at me and said nothing. I smiled and drove away. When taking the food out of the bag I noticed they did not include one of my items. I turned the vehicle around and went back to the drive through. I let them know they missed an item. The employee told me they were out of that item and that I need to get a refund through the app. I asked if they could replace it with something else and the employee told me they cannot do that. I then asked why I wasn’t informed that something I paid for was not in the bag when she handed it to me. She told me that she doesn’t make the food.

There is more to the story, but I won’t bore you. The employees here are extremely rude and I won’t be going back. This restaurant is a great candidate for Undercover Boss.
