God forbid someone actually do what they were hired for and wait on someone. Walked in and a guy from the back was out with his homies goofing off blocking the counter. Then 2 girls come in walk straight to the back and start eating sushi around the food being prepared. I guess the girl that walked to the counter was maybe an asst. Manager she was to busy complaining about how hard her day had been to worry about waiting on me. Ask me to go to the kiosk to place my order. Was supposed to be done in but they couldn't be bother to put my order on a tray they just gave it to me in a bag.

Placed a online order for pickup my order was waiting on the shelf inside couldn't get no help. My food was cold when I got it. Definitely this place went down hill

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I have been going there often over the lat 4 years as I return to Greenville, NC on Sundays. TODAY, however, I order extra cheese for my nachos (because they don't put near enough) and when I got it, it LOOKED like it had a lot of cheese, but as I dug in it had a thin layer of cheese on the top with A TON of refried beans under it (I assume refried beans are cheaper which might explain why they did it, OR it's poor execution of my order). I HOPE someone from corporate will contact me and make this right but I'm not holding my breath (which means I won't go back).

This place should be closed. After waiting for 20 min, no exaggeration, in the drive thru line, the lady working there almost handed me the wrong bag, then went to talk to another customer who was returning a bag (my order). She then handed the bag to me. We were starving by that point and I just took it, but you can't take food back from one customer and then hand it to another. There was no sauce packets, napkins, or the nachos fries we ordered, probably because the other customer took them out. Fix your training and employee engagement. I will never eat at Taco Bell again. Probably done with all fast food chains that aren't CFA or In&Out

Friendly employees and food was hot and fresh
Not very friendly. Didn't greet me or say thank you. Just handled me my food and closed the window. Wow!

I work at Obici Hospital as a night nurse. On my break I decided to get Taco Bell. The new crispy chicken burrito. It looked so good on the picture. What I got was completely inhuman to give someone. The chicken strips which I couldn’t even make out if they even were chicken strips were burnt to a crisp. I am disappointed that Taco Bell’s allows this to be served to their customers. It’s a disgrace to the company
