My go to for a guaranteed good time and great meal. Every steak I have ordered from this place has been consistently amazing and if I have any issues with the meal, it is fixed as soon as humanly possible. A great date night spot and one I travel a bit to enjoy. The extra distance is worth the knowledge that my meal will be amazing.

Don’t go here if you expect to have regular menu items. They are always out of prime rib. Third visit in a row with same outcome. Didn’t matter the day or time as it seems to be every visit. Waitress said “ same as a rib eye” so not true. Just used to enjoy this place and now it will be off the list

I haven't been to Texas Roadhouse for a while. The food was okay. However, my ribs were dry 😩 Our waitress wasn't the friendliest, but we tip her anyway. Would I recommend this place, yes. It's not about an individual. It's about an individual experience. Try them out and enjoy 😉 yourself.

Very disappointed for the Father's Day experience. People knocking people on top other customers. (My dad). Very unprofessional. I had called ahead per the employee I spoke with earlier that day. It didn't make a difference. Still over an hour wait and we had a disabled veteran with us. (Why we called ahead) They should have had a person controlling the entrance area. Horrible experience.

Responded back to response and was sent a code for a discount. Code didn't work. Food was so so. Salad was almost brown, steak was cold. My fiance's meal was messed up as well. Still not impressed at all with this location.

First of all I eaten at this location several times and it can go great or bad… flip a coin and find out.

My wife wanted steak so we rolled took the chance… we lost. We were seated rather quickly which was great considering we got there around 6:30-6:45. We were greeted by our server (Emily) and she took our drink order. When she finally brought us some bread, she took our appetizer order and since we knew the menu we went ahead and ordered our entrées as well. Unfortunately, that bit us in the tail because our appetizer and salads came out at the exact same time. We were barely done eating our salads (mind you we put the appetizer aside and nibbled on it throughout the meal) and our entrées come out the whole evening we felt rushed.

They were trying to seat a table before it was even cleaned off. I’m not sure if this is a management problem or a front of the house problem but there were other tables available. I feel our server could’ve given us a little more attention throughout the meal , but like I said, we rolled the dice and lost.

The rolls were dark, hard and didn't taste like their signature rolls. The server brought me the wrong soda, I didn't get my salad just before my my entree and the orders of several children at our table were mixed up and arrives late. Wouldn't return to this location.

Probably the worst service I’ve had in a while. I cannot remember her name but she was a black women with big lashes. She was on her phone and we barely got any service. When we needed refills she took 20 mins just to bring two cups at a time. She was rude and took forever with everything. Someone at the table asked for a small kids tea and the tea ended up being gross so she asked for a Coke Zero instead. The server charged for an adult Coke Zero, which was not asked for. Never even got the chance to tell her that’s not what we wanted because she barely came to the table. But the time we were all done she left the serving table open so we couldn’t pay. And we waited about 20 mins just for boxes, only because we had to get up and look for and ask.. what was she doing? On her phone scrolling. Instead of doing her job she was on her phone. She was awful. 07/10/2025

Ordered Curbside and got the chicken tender family meal, when I got home, I was missing all my sauces, got no butter for my rolls and was missing a 1/2 dozen rolls. This is the second time it happened and I wanted to give it another try. When I called to explain it to them, the lady on the phone acted like she didn’t care. I leave 30 min away and I wasn’t going to drive back up there. This place is horrible and the Togo costumer service is horrible, I will make sure I let everyone know about my experience and to be careful when they get takeout, because obviously they don’t check on what needs to be on the ticket.
