My partner and I ordered chicken and rice, a cucumber roll, and some spring rolls— everything was delicious and fresh tasting! The service was timely and friendly. The atmosphere was absolutely chill and lovely.
The whole place was clean and tidy and smelled delicious!

The second time we went we got a spring roll, cucumber roll, cooked crab roll, a tuna roll and some steamed Shumai and some fried Shumai. Everything was delicious! The staff was friendly and timely and constantly checked in with us. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The whole place was once again clean and tidy and smelled delicious!

Summer Hall

This is by far the best General Tao's chicken I've ever had and the sushi was very tasty! Great family owned business. The owners need your support to stay in business. They are not being allowed to renew their lease after pouring their hard earned money into doing renovations! They have started a petition to try and keep their business. Please go support this small family owned business and enjoy some great food. Its all cooked fresh for the order.

My boyfriend and I went for a quick bite to eat and it was perfect! Staff is super friendly and attentive. Food came out quickly and was delicious. I had the salmon roll and my boyfriend had a spicy tuna roll and pancit. He really enjoyed his food as well! We will definitely be coming back soon.

Love this place. I have been a couple times this month. I see other reviews that describe the experience as being much different than mine. Food and service has always been fantastic. Lovely place to go for a date or with your whole family. I have gotten the Szechuan chicken, spicy udon, and some salmon rolls as of recently. All have been great!

I had a very disappointing experience at Tokyo Grill and unfortunately won’t be returning. When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty—only one other party there—yet we still had to flag down the waitress just to place our drink orders. Service was extremely slow, and it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. When it finally did, it was only lukewarm.

On top of the poor service and long wait, we were charged extra for white sauce, which I’ve never seen at any other similar restaurant. We went in during a “Kids Eat Free” promotion (with the purchase of an adult entrĂ©e and drink), yet our bill still came out to around $80 for our family. After looking at the receipt, I noticed several unnecessary fees that most restaurants don't charge.

Between the slow service, hidden charges, and subpar food, this was a terrible dining experience. I wouldn’t recommend Tokyo Grill to others.

This place is awful the staff is rude and the food is horrible fired rice with no pork. I will say stay away from here no way I will ever come back. I did ask for a refund and they where so rude about it

The food was somewhere between lukewarm and tepid. I asked the waitress (owner’s daughter) twice for chopsticks but never got them. Asked for the bill to be split between my colleague and myself, received one check instead. The worst part is that any patron who dines in, regardless of the number of people, is automatically charged an 18% service fee. When I asked what it was for, I was told it was for gratuity. Beware, don’t tip twice.

They told me my order was going to take 20 mins and it took all my lunch hour. Signs says open at 11 a.m., and I get there, and the place is still closed.

This place has some of the best food; however putting in an advanced order for pickup and having to wait over an hour and half for food is why I gave this place 3 stars for service. I understand sometimes places get backed up and there can be a wait as a result but an hour and a half on an advanced order makes no sense.

Food is terrible, host is extremely rude. Was upset when I asked about the raw sushi(spicy tuna)looking unusual and tasting funny(the sushi was white/milky color) and refused to eat it after trying one piece and spitting it out. She refused to take it off the bill which is fine but she did not check on us again the whole time. Which was very uncalled for.

I’m new to Suffolk and this was the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced in my 10 years in 757. There was only one customer when we arrived it’s just me and my daughter. We waited 20mins just to get a drink and order while watching the lady sit and eat at a table across from us. Them when the order came it was less then what was listed on the menu and she said it was because they changed the menu but still using the old ones. My daughter choked on the very hard teriyaki stick and throw up a little. There were no napkins at the table when I go up to ask for some she said well just go to another table and grab one. And when the food came it was bland with no seasoning not use to that. When I asked for some seasoning she said well you’re not going to always like other cooking and I said I never had bland hibachi before. I had to repeatedly ask for a refill and it took so long we were ready to go. She said they don’t do to go cup so drink what you can and come to the front to pay so she can return to eat. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I see why it’s so empty. If I could give it no starts I would. And she gave herself a tip of $7.58 and said they automatically tip no matter party size.

The person responded was not here and not one lies was told. My daughter was not sick prior to come to this restaurant and she did choke on hard chicken. Also there was three napkins and I used my wet wipes and cleaned the small amount up. So to say they had to clean it and a lie. That person helping us was irritated from the moment we walked in I should’ve listened to my gut and left then. I spend $47 of my money to be treated this way. I was Never told about gratuity being added upfront.
