Worst Tropical Cafe Smoothie ever . If I could rate this tropical smoothie below a 0. I absolutely would .This incident occurred at 5860 Harbour view blvd ,Suffolk,VA 23435. Not only that, this manager was rude, never greeted me or said hi,disrespectful, and would not accept my coupon code . All of my orders were incorrect.
