They have really good smoothies , very clean and nice

We stopped here while traveling through. The girls working there were rude and all three of our smoothies tasted awful! They barely acknowledged us and threw our food on the counter without even letting us know it was ready. We go to Tropical Smoothie establishments quite often and I feel like I wasted my rewards. Wish I would have read the reviews before I came here. I had the same bad experience expressed by others.

EVERY TIME i come to this establishment these young people have the worst attitude! They don’t speak when you come in, they throw your food on the counter and don’t even look at you. There attitudes are so bad i start to question whether they are tampering with my food.. It’s simple, if you don’t like your job, leave so the consumer who is spending the money can have a great experience. I can’t believe they work in harbor view acting like this.

More interested in talking to a middle aged man than taking my order , didn’t even get my light ranch… I asked for a banana chia boost and she corrected me saying a chia banana boost, I guess that’s why she work there and I don’t cause girl tomatoe tomato

I ordered 2 bowls which my husband picked up. When I opened the oatmeal bowl the fruit looked old and it tasted horrible! It had a sour taste even fruit on top looked old. The acai bowl was no different. Tried to call the store 4 times as I live 30 minutes away but got no answer at all! I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone!

The best wrap I had from Tropical Smoothie in a long time. This location always made the best wraps. Great staff! The other locations are not so good. I always try to come to the Harbour View location.

Waited 15 minutes for the flat bread chicken pesto. It was lukewarm warm when I finally received it. I asked the young lady to place it in the warmer to heat it up. She did warm it up, but I saw her look at her coworker with a reluctant look on her face. I proceeded to eat it after it was reheated.it did not taste the same like it did with the previous owners.There was sooo much cheese at the bottom and the pesto was just nasty. The music was sooo loud that I thought I was in a club. At least it wasn't blasting with rap music. It was a r&b station. What the hell happened to this place???? It has gone down. The food was good with the previous owners, now........not good. The service is not warm and inviting either like it use to be. My last time going there. I wasn't aware the previous owners were no longer there.

If your a teenager looking for a job this is definitely not the right place to apply.. from experience the two girls that were managers at the time were horrible & very disrespectful towards their coworkers, also not very sanitary with bugs in some areas.

I recently visited the Tropical Smoothie Café and had a disappointing experience. I ordered the Southwest Wrap, specifically requesting no chipotle mayo and mozzarella instead of cheddar jack. Unfortunately, they got my order completely wrong: they added chipotle mayo and omitted the egg entirely.

To make matters worse, the staff was quite rude. I even complimented one of the girls on her hair, and she responded dismissively. The whole experience left me frustrated, and the wrap was not enjoyable at all. I expected better service and attention to detail. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

My bf and I just ordered mobile orders from this location because it was the closest one in the area. Our drinks tasted very watered down and were not blended well. The young ladies were not pleasant at all since the moment of walking in to leaving. Rolling their eyes, dirty looks, just genuinely didn’t look like they wanted to be at work. Will never be coming to this location again.

I waited 25 minutes for a chicken pesto and smoothie. There was only one other customer there. After 25 minutes I asked when my food would be ready?? Well they put it with the delivery orders. Really? You would think with all 4 employees watching me just sit there after ordering, somebody would have asked me about my order. The girl smiled when she handed it to me as if wasting my whole lunch break was funny. The two young men sat on there phones the whole time I was there and didn't even care. My chicken pesto had a green fluid all over it and the wrapper. It was disgusting and cold.
I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!
