So disappointing. Made a reservation more than 2 weeks ago, called to change the time still more than a week before the day, and was told no problem. When we arrived was told we were sitting at the bar and would that be okay? Despite not actually having another option. The time to ask that would have been when we called to change the time, not when we’re standing in front of you. The bar is a waiting area, sometimes it even serves folks doing a walk in, but if you take a reservation, you should be upfront about that fact. At the bar, 7 minutes pass and we haven’t been asked if we want something to drink. I have never had this problem in the 3 years prior when using this restaurant for milestones and special occasions.

We've been loyal customers since the day Vintage Tavern opened and have celebrated countless milestones here over the years—birthdays, special moments, and now our 24-year anniversary, which we celebrated last night. Once again, they absolutely delivered. We had the opportunity to experience their Monday night tapas menu, and it was incredible. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor—perfect for sharing and savoring the evening. The service was amazing as always—attentive, welcoming, and genuinely warm—and the atmosphere continues to be top-notch: cozy, elevated, and perfect for both celebrations and casual nights out. Vintage Tavern isn't just a restaurant to us; it's part of our story. Consistently incredible food, outstanding service, and an environment that keeps us coming back year after year. We're already looking forward to the next celebration.
Had the Salmon cause the Elk wasn't in. But it was very well done. The Venison was awesome. Could use a little more veggies for the price. Just a suggestion.

Overall, the ambiance was nice, and the food was well-seasoned and well-presented. The dessert was phenomenal!! We tried the s'mores sundae. Our server, Ray, was decent. He could have been a little more personable, but overall, it was great! We will return .
One of the best fine dining experience. Would definitely recommend this place.

I hate to give a low rating because Vintage Tavern has always been one of my favorite places to dine, but, our dinner last night was unsatisfactory. My wife had the rib eye and found it tough and hard to chew. I had the duck and was dissapointed that it too was tough. I also didn't like the sauce that came with it. We had to take a large part of the steak home for the dog.
The Hunter's Feast was a unique and well-themed dining experience, and the concept itself has a lot of potential. However, for the price point, the overall execution fell a bit short of expectations. While the flavors were good in theory, several of the dishes lacked the refinement and attention to detail one would expect at this level. Unfortunately, three of the courses were served noticeably cold, which took away from both the taste and the overall experience. With better temperature control and a bit more focus on elevating the quality of the dishes, the Hunter's Feast could better justify its cost. There's a strong foundation here, but some improvements would go a long way toward making it feel truly worth the price.
My husband and I decided to be adventurous and try the special Hunter's Feast fixed menu event. As always, the food and service were outstanding! I enjoyed the variety of courses and tried kangaroo and venison for the first time ever. Every course was delicious with flavors that complemented the different meats so well!

I took a family member for her birthday and my daughter just because, the food was great, the server was kind and helpful, the ambiance was perfect, and the price was affordable
Beautiful and impressive upscale hunting lodge decor sets the stage for fine dining. My friends and I tried the brisket, the tenderloin, and the generous ribeye. All were perfection with currated sides. Service is impeccable. Beautiful and peaceful location for romantic dates or a gathering of friends. I highly recommend this gem.

We had an absolutely fantastic dinner from start to finish. The service was truly exceptional—our server was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome without ever being overbearing. Every recommendation was spot-on. The food was nothing short of marvelous. Each dish was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. You can tell the kitchen takes real pride in what they serve. This was one of those rare dining experiences where everything comes together perfectly: outstanding service, incredible food, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We'll definitely be back and will be recommending this place to everyone we know.
