I lve been ordering here for awhile but I guess Ive been lucky until now. Ordered and triple and a baked potatoe with chilli. Worst meal ive ever had. My burger was like eating rocks. The baked potato was like eating leather. Im good from here on. I wont be going back. Its super crazy how bad it was.

Them. YNS know they were dead wrong giving me that old food at 1130, immediately turned all the lights off while I was in the drive thru to close early. Waited at the window for 12 mins for old food

I find it very strange that we can drive through the drive-through and ask for a frosty and they tell us the machine is down. But if we go inside and ask, they will get us a frosty. It’s also odd that the day free Frosty’s are listed on the Wendy’s app, the frosty machine is down. I don’t think the drive-through staff want to serve Frosty’s.

I just walked into this Wendy's to place a lunch order. 4 people were behind the counter but NO ONE acknowledge me. A person walked behind me dragging her 300 pound feet at a snails pace. She entered the the cooking area never said a word to me. After 5 minutes I walked out. Fire everyone..

Dude at drive thru was so rude he don't need to be serving the public tell the man I need a minute to figure out what I'm getting then he going ask if I'm ready I said yes then he going to tell me to order then wasn't like they was busy or packed I was only one in line at moment ppl like that give the chain a bad rep

Went though drive thru and regret this life decision. The young man at the drive thru (Tues 8 Apr 25, 10pm) was the most rude, arrogant, disrespectful staff ive ever had the displeasure of interacting with. As someone who also worked in the food and beverage industry when i was young, I always make it a point to treat restaurant staff with as much respect and thanks as possible. This kid literally couldn't have cared less, and honestly the other staff in the back didn't seem very motivated either. My food was cold, order was wrong, and I had to go back to the window to get it corrected. I got nothing but attitude... I would avoid this place if possible and go further down to Godwin if you want Wendys... I would not be surprised if this place shuts down in the near future... Its that bad!!!

Missing item from my door dash and was treated nasty and was told they scammed door dash when technology they stole from me not door dash...worst place to eat or order from so I would never recommend this restaurant to a dying person. 😡😡
The night staff operates as though they get 1 customer per hour. I've never sat in anyone's, wait for your order, area for 30 minutes and 1 guest ahead. Why'd I wait? ... because my child wanted it. Other than that, I'll never be back. I'll go to Portsmouth next time.

We came in at 10 am. They opened at 9. The didn't even have the breakfast menu up or ready for customers at all. We waited in line for least 10 minutes before anyone even said anything to us. But they were friendly.
I stopped by on my way home in Windsor and ordered lunch when I got home my whole order was wrong and I wasn't about to drive a half hour back to fix it
