DASHERS STAY AWAY extreme rude behavior, slow and inconsiderate, do not eat here, extreme rudeness from masdked staff woman and line cook openly ignores orders from door dash , dashers stay away never pick up here ever.

Went in today for the first time in a year cause last time I went the GM got an attitude because I had a sick crying baby in my backseat . They forgot my BBQ sauce no big deal I go inside to grab some get ignored by two GMS And an employee while the woman manager stares at me and completely ignores me while talking on her phone via AirPod not to mention both managers had AirPods in if you work food service you know that’s not allowed. No one is wearing gloves. This Wendy’s is hands down the worst around. So unprofessional and cannot believe they are still open cause the people they put in management there is terrible.

This Wendy's is horrible the biggie bag food was cold all of it they gave me old fries and the old lady at the window is rude..... all the workers who work the window are super rude ... After this cold food I am never going back... worst fast food restaurant on main street.....

Don't bother going here. This place has terrible customer service. How hard is it to include the pecans in the Apple Peacan Salad?? My husband went back the next day and still missing pecans. If you're out of ingredients, you should just say that. Either that or your employees are just lazy and not trained properly.

Went in to use restroom. A black lady decided to accuse me of being someone that stopped up their toilet, & threatened to call cops on me & trespass me. I hadn't been in their restroom in a few days, & even the last time I did, I couldn't actually use it, I ended up going somewhere else later.

Hands down I love Wendy's even though I really don't like the sausage biscuit in the morning the biscuit a little doughy to me maybe because I'm partial to a croissant but the best it could be cooked a little more

I ordered from Wendy’s on N Main st and asked for a $5 biggie bag. The nuggets were cold and hard. My fries? Cold and stale and the burger was ok. My drink was the only thing great. I know it was only $5 but that was my $5 what if that was my last to eat and they gave me that bs

I lve been ordering here for awhile but I guess Ive been lucky until now. Ordered and triple and a baked potatoe with chilli. Worst meal ive ever had. My burger was like eating rocks. The baked potato was like eating leather. Im good from here on. I wont be going back. Its super crazy how bad it was.

Them. YNS know they were dead wrong giving me that old food at 1130, immediately turned all the lights off while I was in the drive thru to close early. Waited at the window for 12 mins for old food

I find it very strange that we can drive through the drive-through and ask for a frosty and they tell us the machine is down. But if we go inside and ask, they will get us a frosty. It’s also odd that the day free Frosty’s are listed on the Wendy’s app, the frosty machine is down. I don’t think the drive-through staff want to serve Frosty’s.
