Drive Thru staff needs training! You don’t tell someone that you’ll be right with them and leave him/her waiting without returning in a timely manner!

When to order three meals to go through the drive-thru. Was told to pull up in park and wait for my food. They were already two cars in front of me waiting on food as well. I just gestured toward the two vehicles in front of me and the girl at the window started muttering under her breath and had another person come to the window to ask me to do the same.By the time I finished explaining the situation to the lady another staff member shoved three bags out of the window that contained no sauce napkins or straws. I was irritated so I left without thinking to look at the bag.Poor service below average for the area and other similar businesses

This afternoon I bought a buffalo chicken sandwich, and curly fries. The fries were on point. The sandwich was not. The chicken was crispy chicken except it was not crispy. It was socked with buffalo sauce as well as the bun. The lettuce was very little. It was not enjoyable. I have had this sandwich many of times and it was never this unenjoyable .

Waited 20 minutes for #1 meal, and there were only two other customers who were also waiting. Place is filthy..absolutely disgusting. Nobody is friendly.

This one needs to just be closed. They run out of food constantly or the registers are down. Customer service is the absolute worst all of the time. It would be better service to the community to just close it down and start all over…

Avoid this location!!! Gave this place another go even though last carry out experience was a disaster. This place SUCKS! Worst drive through experience ever. There were two cars ahead of me when I pulled in to drive thru, one being at the intercom placing an order. I finally pulled up to place my order twenty minutes later! Guy said I'll be with you shortly. Ten minutes later, my patience finally wore off. I called out "Hello". Nothing. Said F this and pulled away. Heard guy finally say "Go ahead with your order"! as I was pulling away. No sorry for the delay, thank you for your patience. Nothing. Like I said. Avoid this place. Don't waste your time. I went down the road to the magic chicken place and came back to see the car that was behind me at the drive thru window waiting. This took all of five minutes from when I left.
0 is appropriate. We walked in and went first to the restroom to wash our hands. Dirty. Went to the register and the women walked away. Never said anything to us. Never came back. The restaurant is filthy also. I think the lady at the register is racist, You can just feel it. We went to Arby's. I'll never go there again.

If I can rate 0 stars I would. Wasn’t greeted at the com after a minute and a half so naturally I said “hello” and was snapped at and told “you had just gotten on the bell, you can wait a minute” totally fine with waiting a minute. But holy crap at least greet the customer and say you’ll be with me in a minute? So damn rude. Asked her to repeat herself and she said Nevermind and asked what I wanted. At least have the balls to say it again ?

Worst service ever at a Wendy's. Young kid, asked if ok to serve our in sitting order to us in paperbags. He asked after saying he was out of trays. After placing order, I went to get a drink and saw 6 trays + more on top of trash ?'s. I grabbed them and placed them on the counter. We still got food in bags. Saw a family of four get the trays, one each person. Grrrr.

So I asked for no pickles on my burger and they put pickles anyway.. Cool.. Not a big deal. Until I start eating my fries. Literally unbreakable. Centerbrooke Wendy’s has never had this problem!
