It states this store opens at 7 A.M. I was in the drive through line at 7:19. After waiting a few minutes with no response, I drove around. The lady at the window popped her head out and was extremely rude and hateful with the way she told us they don’t open until 8. That I should check Google. Google says 7. Update your page if it’s 8. Then hire someone that’s not so dang rude and nasty.

An older Black gentlemen in his 50’s with glasses (presumably the Manager) nearly bumped into me twice without saying excuse me. That same guy later served customers at the register then SNEEZED in the direction of the food without ANY attempt to cover his mouth.
By this point I’d already eaten the majority of my meal. The food was hot & fresh though.
No one greeted me or made me feel welcomed at any point. I will never return to this location.

This place is absolutely terrible. 45mins to wait is common. Most of the time they won't answer the drive thru for almost 5 minutes. It makes you wonder if anyone is actually in there working but rest assured theyre sitting there on their phones or joking around. They gave us half of our order and by the time we got the remaining half at the drive thru window we had eaten nearly all of our fries and drank our drinks.
I didn't think it was possible to be worse than the Main street one but sheesh. You get better service in Portsmouth 😂

The bald headed manager was going at us just for being kids and refused to remake our food over a mistake she made we still didn’t get our money back. Then threatened to kick us out if we asked for something else and started to record us
