This place is absolutely terrible. 45mins to wait is common. Most of the time they won't answer the drive thru for almost 5 minutes. It makes you wonder if anyone is actually in there working but rest assured theyre sitting there on their phones or joking around. They gave us half of our order and by the time we got the remaining half at the drive thru window we had eaten nearly all of our fries and drank our drinks.
I didn't think it was possible to be worse than the Main street one but sheesh. You get better service in Portsmouth 😂

Ordered 2 combo meals. Got charged for both meals and 2 extra fries that I didn't order. Front counter staff was arguementive when I asked about it. He said I ordered it. I didn't. The manager didn't even try to resolve the issue. I had to ask for a receipt. A reciept isn't offered at time of payment. It was supposed to come with the food. I had to go back in and get one. I do not recommend going to Wendy's.

It was around 8:30pm. I figured I'll stop and eat, so I wouldn't have to when I got home. That was a mistake. You kind of expect your food to be hot when you get it. That was not the case. The fries was old and cold, the chicken nuggets was luk warm, at best, and they have been sitting for a while. They were very dry. As for the burger the meat was not done. I will not ever go back. Sorry it's it t to much to ask for your food to be fresh and hot. Just think, they are open till midnight. If I'm getting this at 830pm. I can only imagine w what people are getting later or. This is very sad. With prices constantly going up, at least have fresh food that is hot!!

First, we love Wendy’s. We ordered two # 1’s and a big salad. We received one # 1 and a one bacon cheeseburger, and the salad had soggy and black lettuce in it. Even the manager was a bit taken aback. This branch needs tightening up.
