Worst customer service ever. I went inside and asked if I could pick up my order there instead of the drive thru because the line was very long. They told me no. Not sure why because any other place won't care where you pick it up. I told them I was just going to cancel my order then and she said OK. Young kids who work here dont care about customer service or cleanliness. Place was a wreck inside anyway. Never going to this wendys again and will rethink about going to any wendys in the future because of how rude they allow the staff to be to their customers.

Awful service. Girl on the mic couldn't stop laughing for some reason and cut me off when I asked for sauces. When I repeated myself to ask, she cut me off again to tell me my total. I assumed she heard me. Nope. No sauces in bag, nor utensils. Food is fine.

Drive through order at 11pm so can’t expect too much but when I get home and check the bag about 3 mins after getting it and the patties on both of our burgers were cool to the touch like they where cooked several hours earlier and not even out under a heater anytime recently . None of the cheese was melted to so I think this was something that was all prepped hours before and when I came to order they put all of these cold precooked items together to make our meals . Only positive is that one of the burgers we asked for only cheese and ketchup and that’s what we got.

The people are friendly, but I have gotten sick the last 2 times I've eaten here. Idk if the food is being pre-made and sits to long or they arent cleaning right, but I've gotten sick twice now after eating here 2 weeks apart.

Came in to place 20+ orders for residents of local nursing home. Service there was excellent, Ashley in particular. She was friendly, quick and helpful. Had no problems with any of my orders. Will be returning to this location.
Everything was great, but the cinnabun could have been A bit warmer. Though, that was probably my fault for not eating it fast enough.

Please make sure yall are making the food fresh upon receiving the order. This is the second time I've gotten a sandwhich that seems to an hour old. It's dry and kinda stale. I thought it was suspicious how fast the order came out and I suspect it was remade or something
