service is great at the drive thru , everytime i go . but why is the inside always locked ? we have not once ever ate inside because of this issue. we should have the option to eat in, hire more people or better people who want to work

Unbelievable. I have Come throught this Wendy's Several Times. Customer Service pretty Good. Food done well. But on this Day, Unbelievable. I was not prepared. THE MANAGER VALERIE. Yikes has No Customer Service. Lack the ability to resolve issues. It truly Sucks that people with Bad attitudes Would wanna Work in suck a Place. Nobody wants Angry Food. Smh!!!!

came in here during a 13 hour trip, the staff was very attentive and ABSOLUTELY FRIENDLY!! each of them working with a smile and happy to help everyone who came inside!! I wish i got their name to give them a special shoutout but our cashier was super friendly and personable. Marking this for our future trips
