Went with 4 others on 31 Aug 25 and chose to sit outside on the Silo side near the Taco Shack. There was ONE waitress (with light blue braided hair) attempting to cover the entire outside area!. She was obviously tired, irritated and had an attitude.
It took her 20 mins to take our drink orders and 15 mins to bring the drinks. All the while more and more guests were being seated. Food was being served but the runners seemed confused and unmotivated.
There were 15+ tables seated at one point. Four tables were seated after ours and had their orders taken, were served (one even finished their meal) before our order was even taken! (estimated time 30 mins).
Finally put our food order in and the food came out about 15 mins later, cold.
The atmosphere and decor is wonderful but the execution of basic food services basics fell short this day.

We had a great experience here. The Westside burgers are excellent value and very tasty, with wonderfully fresh toppings and pickles. The fries were also delicious. The highlight for us was the atmosphere; the outdoor seating area with numerous TVs is perfect for watching a game, and the play area is a huge bonus for anyone with kids. Just note that the shrimp basket features popcorn shrimp, not fresh-caught. Overall, it's a great spot that we highly recommend, especially for a casual meal during football season.

Took about 10-20 for a waiter to come take our orders but apologized for the wait and took our full orders. Food was totally worth the wait. Amazing messy and juicy burgers. Staff were very friendly.

Good burgers. Music playing is to loud. Made a mistake of letting the hostess sit us next to an outside patio door. Every time it opened we got a breeze. The door seats should be a last resort for hostess seating.

I was very disappointed with the timeliness of receiving my order and the quality/ taste of the food that I DID receive. I understand when serving a large party, mistakes may happen and the wait for food will be longer. However, the quality of the food should not be impacted.
I ordered the most basic burger on the menu with onion rings. After about an hour wait after ordering, I received part of my order, which was cold VERY oily onion rings PRIOR to getting my burger. The waitress, placed another order of onion rings that came back as a smaller serving size and VERY oily with distinct weird bitter-like taste (possibly from old oil). I just squeezed out the excess oil and forced myself to eat them, ONLY because I was really hungry. At this point, I had not received my burger including other family members who also got fries and/or onion rings before the burger! Now, that doesn't make sense! After an additional 30-minute wait, I had not received my burger, so I just asked for it to be taken off my bill. I was done at that moment!! I feel our waitress did the best she could, was polite and apologetic. On the contrast, I am really dissapointed with West Side Burgers for the below average food quality and lack of ability to fulfill my order.
Maybe(???), I'll try again, under different circumstances.

Use to be a great place. Service was awful, which made the whole experience bad. Couldn’t get sauces, refills or even our change back from our check lol. Food was good- but there’s a lot of good burger places around with better service.

Overpriced. Paper boats and silverware. No easy access for handicap. Waitress was awesome but that was the highlight of the experience. Got to fast food befor considering Westside
I drove by this place a few times while visiting. Then a friend who lives in the area mentioned that I should try it. I gave it a shot. A single cheeseburger lettuce tomato onion pickle pepper jack. I do not like ice cold veggies on my burger. The veggies were cold but even just tasting the burger alone with only the bun it was OK. I think Westside is a nice choice if you don't want to go to Freddy's which is 6 min away.

Second time dinning here w my tot. Nothing like a good crispy not to over cheesy grilled cheese. Recent visit I had the frazzle dazzle burger and fell in love. I typically don’t order burgers anywhere. Love the atmosphere and food. The burger was perfect. Me and my tot and enjoyed the grilled cheese.

Very disappointing. I've eaten here before and was wowed by the food, but tonight the service was absolutely abhorrent.
Our waitress, a young black lady, had to be asked multiple times for water. Our food arrived cold. Cold burger, fries, and rings, but couldn't get the attention of the waitress to address the issue. She didn't bring the additional sauce I requested. Overall, just a miserable experience.
Too many decent burger joints in the area to risk this experience again. Try something else.
