Which Wich Superior Sandwiches - Suffolk

My sandwich was absolutely delish. The staff was efficient but not over friendly. Stood there for a whole before someone took my order. Worth the wait!

Awful experience at a store that used to be top notch! Overcharged and then after that got corrected our sandwich was made incorrectly. We won't be going back since service was slow despite the place being empty.

I had to place a relatively large order for my job for a luncheon. It was approximately 49 boxed sandwiches.
2 days before delivery i called and spoke to Tom to make sure we were good for the order and that he had received it. Tom was wonderful he was already preparing the boxes and labels. I double checked with Tom that delivery time was ok and Tom's response was i will have it to ypu by 11 (i had requested 11:30).
Friday 11 am my cell phone rang and it was Colton the delivery driver with our food! Colton was so wonderful he unloaded everything and made sure I had what I needed.
During the set up of the luncheon I had several people stop in and ask where we got our food from. I told them Wich Wich in Suffolk!! The entire department enjoyed the food.
I called Tom to let him know everything was great and thanked him and Colton. Tom told me to stop in and ask for him next time I was in the area.
So I did today and got to meet Tom and see Colton again. Great customer service great food. I feel like Tom is someone I have known forever. I would definitely go back and highly recommend!!

$7 regular sandwich of the day is a great lunch to have. Came in on a Wednesday for the wicked sandwich which is their signature sandwich.

Delicious and along with a military/LE discount of 10%, I cant say no!

Two wilted lettuce wrap sandwiches, two orders of fries, and one $2.00 bag of chips. $40.00 total. There was no one else in the shop but we waited for at least 20 minutes. One person behind the counter was pleasant enough but the other just acted like they were stoned or had lost the will to live. The shop was clean and the fries were good, though. Still not going back.

I absolutely love this Which Wich locates at 1011 University Blvd, Suffolk, VA! Each time we visit this location, we look forward to seeing Tom. Tom is awesome and always make our sandwiches with love and care. Now all of the staff is awesome at this location, hands down, they all are amazing and they all are pleasant and courteous! Tom knows my hubby and Me by Name. He engages in conversation and he is always so nice. The food is amazing, the lemonade and tea blend is soooo delicious, the chocolate chip cookies with yellow M&Ms and toffee in it are the perfect treat to wrap up your meal at this location!!!! We love, love, love it!

I go regularly on Wednesday for the discounted Wicked Wich. You can't argue with the value and that use good quality ingredients. They can get a little busy around the rushes, so I try to avoid 12-12:30, but the staff are all very nice.
