Worst order ever place a pickup online got there to pick it up had ordered a few items food was wrong first of all salad wasn't fresh asked for a fresh salad that came with an egg roll which wasn't fresh young man took the same egg roll from the first salad and put it back on my remade salad. Highly dissatisfied with order and will not be returning back to this restaurant. Remind you came from Norfolk to Suffolk to get this dissatisfied food. Employees looking like they didn't know what they were doing. My husband had to explain to them several times about his chicken order and still got it wrong. This place needs to retrain and have their employee's to listen to the customers and read screen when orders are coming in.

Don't know who the nice man's name that took my order on Veteran's day but he was so awesome! The service and food was great. Thank you so much to the worker who took my order :) -Taylor

This company has new york prices they advertise their 3 little chicken tacos so I ordered 2 orders. $24.00 hardee's and mcdonalds sells chicken wraps which are similar for 2.50 to 3.00 each .I ended up having 2 chicken sandwiches which cost $15.73 AND THEY COST $9.00 at kfc and kfc doesn't put a pound of salt on their chicken.

I come here often simply because the food is good and not overly breaded. Usually not a wait to order inside. Plenty of space to eat inside. I love all of the available drink choices. The lemon pepper is breaking records for me. It's one of the best favors I've ever had from Zaxby!

I ate here and got really sick after. I developed full-blown diarrhea shortly after my meal and hadn’t eaten anything before or after, so I’m sure it came from this place. Just sharing so others are aware — I won’t be back.
