I ate here and got really sick after. I developed full-blown diarrhea shortly after my meal and hadn’t eaten anything before or after, so I’m sure it came from this place. Just sharing so others are aware — I won’t be back.

I always manage to get cheated. My toast was burnt, my fries were cold and sometimes my change is slighted. I may have to stop going to Zaxby.

came to get some zaxbys and they gave me a whole seafood boil.

Workers obviously didn’t care about their job. Did a in store pick up order and they forgot 2 things off the order

Ordered 3 meals with chicken tenders and received no sauce. Tenders barely had any meat in them mostly breading. Also missing a drink. This was my first time having zaxbys and it was a horrible experience.

They seafood was overcooked and flavorless and very bland. And no straw.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch loaded fry, add an EXTRA tender and they gave me a box of sauced fries with zero chicken on it. Disappointed to say the least.

The food was horrible. I ordered five (5) Buffalo Wings and received very small and dry flats. Normally, I received nice size portions of wings. I will stick to the fries and fried pickles.

I live 10 mins away from this Zaxbys and everytime I go I have a bad experience with my salad I ask and pay for extra topping it never looks like extra and the portions are small anyway NOT TO MENTION I worked at Zaxbys for 4 years I must've made 1000 fried and grilled house salads between 2010 and 2014 I know 4 strips come on a salad but it seems like I always get shorted only at this location

My first visit the food was good. The bread was grilled, the cheese was melted, the fries were fresh and lightly seasoned. My second visit was disappointing. I ordered the same thing as my first visit which was a grilled cheese and fries. The bread was barely grilled and the cheese was not melted. I walk into the restaurant and all of the employees are just staring at me all and one particular young man was giving me a mean stare. He might've been the one that made the cheese sandwich. I could literally take all the slices off with my fingers.
