Good food and even better service! I got their peaches and cream drink, and it's my new favorite.
Any time I try and order from this Starbucks it’s always a bad experience. They have the absolute worst service and are always very rude. I only order here to have a coffee with my grocery shopping but I will not be ordering from this location because the terrible customer service has ruined it for me. Additionally, she overcharged me as she rang me up for the wrong drink

Really poor service. I order the same drink every day, but I live in Hampton and usually get it there. Today I had to run to the Tabb Kroger, and figured id hit up that Starbucks. Won't make that mistake again. She gave me a half filled cup with like 3 inches of cold foam and proceeded to tell me they don't fill it because I got cold foam and no ice, and i added strawberry puree with no inclusions. I paid extra for her to fill the cup, whoch she shoved at me and immediatelyturned her back to ignore me. There's like zero puree. Bad attitude, bad service, bad drink for the extra money I spent.

I drink black coffee, and Starbucks has the worst black coffee. The service was excellent, and the worker was extremely nice. The atmosphere is primarily good. There was a ton of foot traffic in the business (attached to a Barnes and Noble) due to wandering homeless or panhandlers in the area. So there were many sleeping people and non-patrons roaming around both the bookstore and the cafe corner.

Literally the worst place to go and get coffee. Multiple times we have been met with laziness and insensitive people at the corner shop. Go to the one across the way, they provide better service and actual coffee.
I waited 7-10minutes no acknowledgement of my existence. There were 3 workers there. One of them working on one persons drink and two of them messing around. I placed my order of a chai tea latte and it tasted awful. Please go to the one that is two mins further away! So much better atmosphere and tastes way better.
I ordered for drinks, all refreshers. Two of the refreshers were made incorrectly with the fruit in them. I mentioned it to Emie and she took those two drinks through them forcefully in the sink. Then proceeded to make one of those drinks incorrect again and the wrong size. I do not recommend the Starbucks to anyone.

Love when they make my drink cold then when i say oh hey sorry it was supposed to be hot they tell me why im wrong and then pour the cold drink into a hot cup and call it a day
Starbucks is always the same ONLY here. Emie is absolutely the best barista, the friendliest person, even when she is by herself, having morning busy hour, she will greet you, she will never show that she is too busy. Very professional. And- it is just a coffee, but you still want what you order: you are sure that whatever drink you place with Emie, you will get the right one. Correctly made latte is very rarely done right nowadays, especially at Starbucks. You will either get shots of espresso with over steamed , hot milk or so much bubbly foam that it is impossible to drink. IT is still $4 dollars for a small latte and you do want to get it right, and you ll get it just like it has to be here. No Starbucks near this location !!!!! makes it right. No personnel that friendly like Emie and her colleagues.... The reason the review is long is the customer service now is a impossibly difficult skill. It used to be great but now, Starbucks is lucking in good service and good skills. Send your people to see how that little location works with only one person on stuff a shift ( it is not a good things but they make it work) so they could learn how to bring old school Starbucks back!
Twenty cold brews.
Just... nope.
Wonderful, simply Wonderful!
