I've been waiting to try this ice cream parlor for a while now, every time I drive past the antique decor draws me in. However, I was able to try this place for the first time and upon trying to pick out ice cream flavors with my family one of the workers yelled at my husband to hurry up and pick a flavor because supposedly we were holding up the line, but that was far from the truth when I two young girls just walked in and no one else was in line. The older lady proceeded to be rude to her coworkers telling them how customers are to always come directly to the cash register. I feel sorry for the other workers as they seemed annoyed/intimated by her.
My cookie dough ice cream was also freezer burnt.

For those reasons I can't give it more than 3 stars.

Great ice cream and atmosphere.

Very crowded, ice cream is great but don't go in with any questions, workers don't like if you have questions.

Cute place to get ice cream, just don't go if clown decor scares you

I found a friend in my ice cream :) and the lady was kinda passive towards my friend

BUT it’s a really cool place minus the bug which is not really their fault

The ice cream is delicious, but the staff are phenomenal with all the customers asking questions and usually the same ones within a few seconds of each other these girls have such patience, kindness and keep a smile the whole time. The atmosphere is great too. This is a must try for a day trip or a pass through. The kids or grandkids will love it!

Cool spot for ice cream. 1 scoop was plenty for my 5yr old. Good selection and good prices. Parking is a bit tough out front so I would suggest using the rear.

This is a quirky I've cream shop with tons of fun antiques around. They serve Hershey's ice cream, and have some of the best prices I have seen anywhere. We spotted them randomly while driving through town, and this shop, and the antique store next door, was the highlight of the trip.

Cookies and Ice Cream?

Together at last!

And I don’t mean as a sandwich.

That’s right, Acme Ice Cream Parlor offers several ice cream flavors that are partnered with America’s favorite baked treat - the cookie.

As soon as we arrived at Acme Antiques and Ice Cream Parlor, we knew we had found someplace special.

The entire store was adorned, inside and out, with unique and fun antiques. There was an antique lion who greeted us on the way in, and an antique giraffe who bid us goodbye on the way out.

And who doesn’t want to sit next to Elvis with their ice cream cone!?

Even the patio had an antique circus car that looked like a fun ride!

We were lucky - we arrived when there was a lull in business. It didn’t last long, as the place was packed by the time we got our orders!

So, let’s talk about cookies and ice cream. Acme offers a variety of flavors featuring cookies!

Caramel Cheesecake Cookie Monster.

Oatmeal Cookie Craving.

And many more.

So what did we enjoy? My husband opted for his tried and true Oreo Cookies and Cream in a waffle cone. A coffee fan myself, the Coffeehouse Cookies and Cream Oreo ice cream was the perfect choice!

I paired my coffee flavored ice cream with another exquisite flavor - the Coconut Almond Chocolate Chip! Together, the flavors of coffee, Oreos, and biscotti made for a luxurious summertime treat.

On the way out, the line was still backed up! Service was fast and friendly from start to finish. Everyone was so patient. They must know how delicious the ice cream is!

Parking: Parking was easy for us, but perhaps we stopped by a lull in business.
